My Pet Command were extremely helpful when the battery died. I was unable to buy it from amazon as they said they didn't post to my address. Having spoken to Doron at my pet command explaining the problem, he went to the next level to enable me to buy another battery. Can't thank them enough as the product is fab. I would definitely recommend them. Customer service is second to none.
