So I went to this place to get a loan on 24 September 2025 well, I was letting him know about how I was coming to pay my stuff off and all that because he told me the owner that if I had any issues and I couldn’t make it to let him know to text him which I did so the other day he gets back to me and tells me that if I don’t come pay my bill and get my rings. He’s going to send them to the refinery which I signed a contract for 30 days. It has not been 30 days yet. And he was just very rude in our text messages exchange he threatened to block my messages if I message him anymore about coming to pay my bill and now when I first met this guy, he was really friendly and everything and then all of a sudden in this text exchange he just got really nasty and I was going through some stuff so it took me a little bit to pay back but I paid it back before my 30 days but just the business that he gave me and his attitude in our message exchange I will never use this place again and I’m just letting everyone else know if you wanna get a loan from this place don’t do it because he tries to go against the contract that you sign and he’s just not a nice person at all I thought he was, but I learned that he was not a very good business owner at all I just thought I would bring this to the Public attention. I honestly recommend you going to Nathan’s pawn shop because he’s one of the best and gives you very fair loan prices for your things this place I thought was cool and I figured I’d give it a try but never again will I go to this place whatsoever?
Gary, my sincere apologies I made you feel that way, and thank you for communicating with me about you're items. Not many people do. You told me you were coming in to get them. I wasn't going to sell your items, and you had time. I just get a lot of messages my friend and respond to all of them as quickly as I can. Once you tell me you're coming to get your stuff you're good. And you did several times, which I appreciate. Again, my apologies if I was short with you over text. I think a lot of things get misinterpreted communicating that way. Hopefully you'll give us another shot. This is not how we want our customers to feel and it certainly wasn't intentional. Went there with a ring... a 14K gold ring. Was told it's silver and worth more on my finger. I said hmmm..okay went across the street to Pawns R US and was offered a deal on the spot.
