Supervision from Tony was certainly a gift from God in my life. Tony knows precisely what supervision is and what it is not. I did not need a counsellor nor someone to tell me how everything is my fault, but someone who would listen and help me de-brief from my often-overwhelming ministry context. He would ask the right questions and offer helpful resources from his own vast experience. Tony never told me what I wanted to hear or built up my ego. I am very much thankful for the 3 years I spent under his pastoral supervision.
