Jack and team from MY MOVERS were pleasant and easy to work with. Jack came ahead of time and looked over our possessions and gave us an estimate. Moving day was cold and snowy, but that did not stop the team from working steadily. Everything was moved successfully. We appreciated that they hooked up the washer and dryer, and placed our furniture where we wanted it. We highly recommend this company.
Sir I’m not sure what you’re talking about, if you mean our promotional flyers we leave them with participating apartment management teams, but only after asking them in person. If they threw our advertising materials out in a haphazard way, you can’t really get mad at us for that. Consider removing your review.

Levi and crew have moved us twice now. They are amazing-- some of the best movers we've ever had. They were very careful with our antiques and managed to move large pieces of furniture through small passageways. I would highly recommend them!
Spoke with Thomas on 2 occasions yesterday to discuss moving a piano. He gave me options and I called back to let him know that I wanted to book with them for following day, but I was waiting on the address from the owner of the piano. His exact words were, “Don’t stress. We’ll get you taken care of.” I called to confirm with the address this morning and was told their earliest appointment was September 6, 8 days from today! I explained my conversation with Thomas and was told, “It’s the end of the month, so there’s nothing I can do for you.” Really!?! So from end of business yesterday when I was told not to stress because this morning and tomorrow afternoon (along with other slots later in the week) were open, now becomes we’re completely booked for the next two weeks. I’m incredibly disappointed.
Seems like a miscommunication, same day moves are very difficult to organize. I don’t have your address, phone number or whether you were even buying the piano or that you wanted it the next day, having any or all of this info is typical when we take a booking. Many customers have some flexibility and I can find a spot within a week for something small when I have commitment. I was told to wait until you talk to husband. Please understand I hear that maybe 10-15times a day and whether a customer calls back to book or not is not certain. I cant reserve my calendar up with uncommitted customers we would never have any business.
We had two spots today yes but they need to be reserved so I can schedule men, organize the truck with supplies and set a time frame. When men are told they are off the next day they make other plans for errands, family or side work and the crews that are scheduled for today are working 7-9hour shifts.
We have Saturday 9/2 afternoon available and then 9/5 afternoon, 9/7 afternoon 9/8 afternoon

It was a fantastic experience with My Movers (Thomas and team). They were on time, regularly in touch just to make sure that everything is as planned. During the time of the move, I found them to be very organized, careful with the stuff and ensured that there is no damage to the things or the property. I would certainly recommend My Movers Inc.
The team was extremely efficient and friendly. They made this the easiest move we've ever done by a long shot. It was great not having to lift a finger and they protected all our fragile/easily damaged furniture so everything was moved safely! They are priced very reasonably as well. Would highly recommend MyMovers.
First time my girlfriend and I had used movers. Easy to book, very professional, addressed and handled our concerns about fragile items (TV's, glass pieces of furniture, etc) while upfront and transparent. Would definitely recommend and plan to use again for any future moves.
I used these movers to move from Carmel to Chicago at the middle of March and it was very good. I never used movers before so I was impressed. I actually lived in Carmel for a few years and accumulated some new furniture so we didn’t have the capability to move ourself. Our family was happy with the move and they packed us also. They pack a day before moving and then moved us to Chicago the next day. So thank you Jack Doby and Troy!
