In the last seven or so months, we here at Rolling Meadows have had many a problem. With fires, flooding, pipes bursting, electrical problems. However, these last few months Innovative Management has certainly stood up and assisted us in many ways. Our Property Director, Christine Marksberry, along with our Property Manager, Sherri Smith deserve medals. Things have just about resolved now and I am so glad that I am a resident here. They will always have your back.

We had some water intrusion into the basement. Innovative responded promptly, and did an in-person inspection. They installed improved rain water drainage, and inspected and repaired the roof. Great service !

Rolling Meadows: Innovative Management responded quickly to my non-emergency request the following week, work was professionally completed by our maintenance man, Jeff, and we are quite pleased with the results, i.e. holes caused by woodpecker/wood bees, damage to wood trim below roof. Last year (2023) a crew was assigned to replace our 12' x 18' deck. They quickly stripped the warped boards and rails and rebuilt the deck in less than a week. They completely cleaned up all the construction debris. Amazing job! They really have some talented, amazing people on their staff.

We had another well known company managing our complex up until around 10 yrs ago. We had no reserves, and were on payment plans with several of our contractors (who turned out to be relatives of said well known company people). The complex was getting band aid repair work rather than actual maintenance, and preventive maintenance was non existant. We changed to Innovative, and within 2 yrs we had extra money in our reserves, and everything was being maintained. Our complex has won the Best Condo Complex in Fairfield for the last 5 years so something is going right. Innovative does not have a fancy office that all of their clients have to pay for the overhead on. They all work out of their homes which saves a bunch. They have advised us as to who does good landscaping, maintenance, plumbing, and electrical repairs and we have contracts with every one we should have a contract with. All of the subcontractors have been excellent, and if something goes wrong then they come back and make it right. I would, and have recommended Innovative Management to other complexes who may be looking to change to a new management company for whatever reason. They have made a few improvements over the last yr, that makes them even better. I look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.

Been a ***** **** resident for over 30 years. Been habitually singled out and harassed and bullied by this HOA. Forced to replace original rear Storm Door in “violation “. No enforceable policy exists (I have proof). Repeatedly singed out for years by Townhome “President “. Forced to remove bird feeder after it had been up just days when they have been throughout community for over 30 years. Bullying, threatening heavy handed tactics used on me on summer of 2023. Calls to Realtor, fines to closing Settlement Sheet right up until closing. No return calls from board or their Attorney for explanation??? Because they had none!!! Called them out on this, and they had NO feasible answer. Unfortunately, it forces me to leave at least 1 star. Just been an unexplainable bad, stressful experience that I truly didn’t deserve.
