This review is definitely long over due. I found Cairns Rabiola and Vance in 2018. At the time I was really in a pinch with finances but I had no other choice but to file considering the circumstance. They were great and had awesome payment plans to make it fit into my budget without having to put down a huge retainer fee. In addition they were very respectful of all of the costs that were incurred and often educated me on the most cost efficient way of tackling my custody issue. I appreciated how they helped guide me through the process in a respectable manner where in the eyes of the court we were always taking the high road. This is not how the opposing counsel approached the case and in the end it played in our benefit. So I’m grateful we were not the ones slinging mud and acting like children. I later had to higher them two other times most recently in 2023. I highly recommend this law firm especially if you are a Dad fighting relocation requests.
