Worst mistake ever signing with this firm, unprofessional my kids accident was Dec 2024, months of me collecting bills, accident report, my child having to have surgery and the other one no longer able to play sports or be active as he once was due to his life changing injuries, she attempted to force me to take a low ball offer & i refused & we had some back & forward via email and I sent her over the law that says something totally different from what she told me. Only then she said she would take it before the lawsuit attorney at their litigation meeting Nov 3, when I reached out Nov 5 she says she is waiting to hear back from him. I’ve sent numerous emails since she won’t even respond. Worst decision ever I hate I talked my kids into signing with them, they don’t care and make it very clear that they don’t care about you nor your injuries. If anyone know the supervisor or head attorney email please share it with me I just need to talk with some one else & hopefully more professional
Horrible! They called me, at the time I didn’t know about runners & how it’s possible they illegal got my information days after a car accident. Car accident was in August of 2024 at first they were very responsive well at least the case worker that was helping me get help for my injuries but after they received the settlement money. Which I was only notified from the other parties insurance I haven’t heard a thing I called many times to find out the lawyer on my case “left” the company got a new lawyer & haven’t heard anything from them since the case is still on going a year and a few months later and still nothing. They do not have BBB accreditation & within this same year they had a lawsuit going on which is public records look up these firms before doing business with them & especially don’t do business with this one. We worked with guardian law firm for a car accident that was not in our fault . We got good care interms of medical help and also for all settlements. We did not pay any fee or share any SSN or insurance details anywhere . The firm took care of everything for us and handed over the check finally in few months after negotiations with Insurance firms . Thanks for the help and will recommend them for people who need help.
The absolute worst lawyers you can hire. They done the absolute worst job with the worse behavior ever. Took 4 years to give me money after I denied so many low offers finally 4 years later I got paid. Still the amount was lower than my other billboard lawyer who I thought to be doing it cheap turns out I was wrong. The lawyers are terrible so bad they had someone else bring me my check because they didn’t want to face me. Don’t be stupid
The absolute worst lawyer by far . I’ve had been in an accident before and I must say this was by far the worst lawyers ever. I literally had to push them every step of the way to get my case done. They put better off hiring a billboard lawyer. They tried to offer me $200-$500 for a hit in the back !! They are terrible don’t waist your time! Also if your lawyer is Shaun your might as well throw your case away.
By far the worst experience I have had with a law firm I will never refer a family or friend to this law firm they don’t stay in contact an when u call them they act like u are getting on their nerve when u call for updates an once u start calling them they stop answering. They also told me my case manager wasn’t there today she off then I ask to speak to a supervisor the case manager just walked in. They play a lot of games an tell a lot of lies if u are reading this RUN. Go to a better law firm than this one if u want to feel like they are working for u than against u this is not the place to be I really wish I can give them no star for this horrible service I received over the past 9 months it took to them to close out my case
I strongly advise against using Guardian Accident & Injury. At first glance, they appear professional, open, and honest, but my experience has shown otherwise. After digging deeper into my files, I discovered troubling issues that indicate a lack of integrity.
When I requested my files and an itemized document of my bills, what I received was shocking. Instead of my information, Rachel sent me someone else's medical records, which raises serious concerns about their handling of sensitive client data. Additionally, I was billed for 150 units of medication, despite only receiving 4. This discrepancy is just one instance of what I suspect to be falsified billing practices.
It feels as though they are in cahoots with doctors to inflate costs and take advantage of clients. I no longer trust this firm and cannot recommend them to anyone. They seem to prioritize profits over the best interests of their clients. Furthermore, getting in touch with them has been frustrating; I often had to hang up and call back pretending to be a new client just to get any assistance.
In summary, my experience with Guardian Accident & Injury has been disappointing and concerning. I urge others to consider their options carefully before engaging with this firm.
This is the most unprofessional law firm ever! I’m convinced this firm is data brokering meaning they are buying consumer’s information……if you ever wonder how attorneys know about your accident even before a police report is made this is how it’s possible. The receptionist and intake guy is less than smart because if it’s not true or you don’t know the smart thing to do is put me on hold and ask instant attitude gives guilty ! This company’s behavior is highly unprofessional and unethical. They screen your phone calls based on the number they have in their system for you and send you to voicemail. They also prevent you from contacting them after receiving payment from the insurance company. It’s disheartening to witness such unscrupulous business practices in this day and age, especially considering the positive reviews they have received, which are likely fabricated!
I strongly advise against this firm under any circumstances. They are only available and willing to discuss your claim before you sign the contract. Once they receive payment from the insurance company, they completely disappear. They provide no updates, never call you, or respond to your emails. They have virtual assistants from a call center that filter your calls before they reach your case managers’ voicemails. If you manage to get someone on the phone (either a case manager or the “accounting department”), they are extremely rude and condescending and can’t provide you with any additional information. They always say they will call you when they have more details. Once the claim is finally settled, they inform you that they have to “process the funds,” which are the same funds they have had for 2-3 months. They claim it will take about 30 business days. It does not take 30 business days to process any type of payment on any type of system. I’ve worked in payment processing for 25 years! I wish I had read the reviews before signing with them. I did most of the work on the claim, and the only thing they did was accept the check from the insurance company
I was in an accident last October. Guardian law contacted me to represent me. I was then ignored until February when I was told they had reached a settlement and I would receive a check soon, they even gave me an exact amount that I would receive. Then they ghosted me again. Since February I have not seen a check or even been able to get someone to return my calls.
Worst accident firm ever . I had an accident October 2024 , it’s now end Of may going on June of 2025 . Communication was good in the beginning but once it got to the negotiating part (Alex) he’s horrible at communication, doesn’t call back after leaving a voicemail , doesn’t respond to emails , doesn’t calls me on his own . 0/10 don’t recommend. It’s frustrating and I’m not happy with it because they don’t care about no one but themselves .
