Found MEA on google & read good reviews hence decided to contact. Our agent Joyce is very efficient, patience for all our queries and give you the best matching biodata for us to consider. Our first helper is all good till there's some hiccups & we requested for replacement. Joyce & Lynn are very helpful & replies every message almost immediate. Agent Lynn arranged face-to-face interview for the replacement & helped during the process as well. Due to hearing certain bad reviews regarding replacement that some companies goes 'MIA' or not being as efficient as from the start of contact point. But MEA didn't disappoint us, they gave swift response & met our expectation as well. We're very satisfied with the new replaced helper, agency really educates them well. Shiela is the best agent I had encountered and used. She can filter helpers that are suitable for your household fast and accurate. Both my helpers now are from Shiela. One from 2years ago and now i got a 2nd one from her again! She also goes out of the way to help me out. I had so many questions and doubts and she answers them patiently. She doesn't make u feel bad for asking so many questions, some agents wouldn't even entertain as much. I am thankful for Shiela. ❤🧡💛

Sharon is very responsive and very good in follow up my requirements. I have a set of requirements on my helper and she managed to get one that fulfilled 80% of my needs. I will recommend my friends and relatives to Sharon if they need helper.

Saw the agency and decided to go ahead with it due to many positive reviews. Agency provided limo service to and fro during the pick up of my helper! The process was smooth and my helper arrived in less than a month to help care of my newborn! Thank you Agnes and Team! Update: Returned our helper - Marina. She was lazy and anyhow washed our baby’s bottle which we caught on CCTV. Agency told us to not cancel her work permit even though we wanted to do so and that would settle all the paperwork after 21 days. They did not allow us to write the reason for cancellation, i assume so they would have an easier time to find her another employer. However at the 20th day, the agency kept rushing us to authorise this and that while my husband was overseas and had no phone despite my explanation to her the day before. This resulted in my husband having to settle their agency stuff before he even had a breather.
