Non-existent customer support Customer support is terrible. I've been trying to contact the company for over a week with no response. I leave voice messages daily, but no one ever calls me back. During the installation process, their communication was excellent, but now that I have problems, it's completely non-existent. Very disappointing service.

Adam was honest, transparent, and incredibly informative—without the high-pressure sales tactics that I encountered from several other solar representatives. His approach was refreshing, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Brilliant Solar offered competitive pricing, top-tier quality, and impeccable service. But what truly set Adam apart was his dedication and character. During my purchase process, a severe hurricane struck, bringing flooding, road closures, and weeks-long power outages. The day after the storm, Adam navigated through the flooded streets of my neighborhood to check on me after I sustained a serious injury while preparing for the storm. Not only did he assist me, but he also ensured my family had power—a gesture that went far beyond his professional duties. J Victor Nick, Alex, & Team from the installation crew were equally exceptional. They communicated clearly, worked efficiently with local code enforcement, and secured permit approvals quickly. The final inspection was approved within just a day and a half—something I found incredibly impressive. Their installation was flawless, with minimal visible wiring, earning compliments from neighbors and passersby. Brilliant Solar was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar. Adam has since helped my friends and family—even those out of state—facilitating their solar installations with the same level of expertise and service. The installers for our project did a fascinating job. They deserve the most credit. Especially the process it can take once they finally install the panels above the roof in November 2024. Here in FL, it took 6 months to install.

They took forever to install . Once the project was completed I never heard from them again. Now I am having problems with my panels and nobody cares they got there money. I have reached out to my salesman Ben Grossman several times and not one phone call and never got a break down of my project from him.So if that’ll the way Brilliant Solar likes to do business then I suggest people go somewhere else.
