This place is amazing. The facility is so clean and inviting. We were brought right in and the message started on time. Both my husband and I agree that May and Emily are the best. We did a couples deep tissue massage and they delivered! The strongest hands I have ever had from a massage. Also I felt like she knew exactly where the muscles connected to help them release. I am so impressed and will be back. 100% worth it. Thank you ladies!

Hands down the best massage I've had in a long time! The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Staff is super nice. Linda did my deep tissue massage and I felt like I was in a whole other world when she was finished. Told them I wanted to come back the next day! Thank you for an amazing experience

Worst massage I've ever gotten. Came in to get a relaxing massage, specifically picking the Swedish massage for long strokes and deep relaxation. And it was the opposite of that. She spent more than half of the hour grinding her elbow into my shoulders and it was unbelievably painful. I regret not just leaving. Any sensitive areas like the shoulders, neck and hips she just dug into, with her elbow or fingers (and fingernails) and any spots you'd actually want pressure, she was soft. Clearly didn't have experience. ALSO what "fully body" massage doesn't massage feet or hands? And to top it off, the woman at the front desk then proceeded to rudely tell me how much I need to tip. Came out more tense and sore than when I walked in... I frequently get massages and can tell she probably doesn't even have a license, or shouldn't.

I'm so bummed to write this review but I think people especially expecting mamas need to be aware before booking here. This was the worst massage I've ever had :( My girlfriend who treated me also agreed it was one of her worst. I'm 35 weeks pregnant, my friend is not and she booked us a massage as a "mother to be" treat for me. We ended up sharing a room so it was a "couples massage." This is proof that someone else was in the room who witnessed how horrible the massages were. I'll start with mine- I was so looking forward to this massage as I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy. I asked my therapist to specifically focus on my shoulders, t-band, and inner thighs (pregnant mamas IYKYK) she did not touch any of those areas. In fact, I asked THREE different times for more pressure and it never changed. The entire massage felt like someone was lightly rubbing lotion into my skin. She didn't even give a foot massage. To top it off, nearing the end of the massage she asked me to get on back?!??? Excuse me?? We spent 5 minutes trying different pillows so I could comfortably lay propped up. All the pillows were lumbar pillows so I had no head support. She continued to just rub lotion into my skin. I wanted so badly to just say forget it and finish but I didn't want to disrupt my gf's massage. The therapist I had was no way a professional masseuse, let alone should she be doing prenatal massages. Lastly, my girlfriend said her therapist was using her elbow most of the time and in her bone, she said the massage was erratic and not relaxing at all as she would go from her shoulders to arms to legs, back to her shoulders again. She said it was a very "jerky" massage. The gentleman at the front was very kind and gave us a 5% discount but I would have paid doubled for a massage where I left relaxed instead of wasting 90 minutes of my day :(

The studio was so clean and pretty! Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the front desk to the masseuse. Wanda did such an incredible job, she started by checking where on my body needed the most attention and then gave me her input. She was very thorough and the deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed. She told me parts of my body that were holding tension that I did not even know of. 10/10 I will be back!

I ordered a deep tissue massage here and what I received hardly felt like a professional massage let alone a true deep tissue massage. The masseuse did the same technique basically the entire session in a rough way that was inadequate to break up the fascia and knots. She also didn't focus on the areas of my body that I requested. I would definitely not recommend this massage and felt that I wasted my time and money in all honesty.

I redeemed my Father's Day gift through Groupon and it was a great experience! I got the 60 min massage, 30 min reflexology, and 30 min facial package. I had a fantastic massage by Wanda who felt where my muscles were tight at the very beginning. She then spent most of the time loosening them and it worked! She took her work very seriously and I appreciated that. I've never had a facial before but the experience was also great. My face felt clean, smooth, and bright afterwards. I'd definitely consider coming back, at least for another massage by Wanda.

To start, I am not even the biggest fan of massages. I got my fiancé and I an appt here because he needed something relaxing haha. We both had the most WONDERFUL, RELAXING massage experience. It was thoughtful and exactly what we needed. We don't even usually get massages, but after finding Balance Massage - we definitely will!! The masseuses' gave us perfect experiences for what our body needed. Peaceful, clean space in a nice area. So lucky we found this place! I'd suggest to anyone looking for a massage in the Laguna Niguel, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach, Dana Point area!

She's not just skilled -- she's intuitive. Every knot, every stressed muscle was met with exactly the right amount of pressure and care. It wasn't just a massage; it was exactly what my body needed to reset and recover. I've been searching for a local provider who truly understands the body, and I finally found one. Highly recommended if you're looking for a true escape, expert hands, and a fresh start for your body and mind. Edited to note: I originally described it as a Swedish massage, but it was in fact a deep tissue massage -- my head was still in the clouds afterward.

The place was super cute, clean, and low lighting inside made you immediate feel like in the spa! I was able to get in within 10 min from calling in which was incredible. Front desk person super sweet and nice. I had a massage with Mei and the pressure was perfect. Not too hard, not too light. Left the place feeling a lot of weight was lifted off my shoulders.

The good. It's very clean and well decorated. Gives spa vibes. Front desk woman was lovely. The bad. The massage wasn't good. And my friends wasn't either. My masseuse seemed to maybe be a student? Not sure but she just didn't have a flow or finesse and she spoke so loudly and abruptly, I was startled every time she spoke.

I loved this place! Very elegantly appointed. For the foot massage, you sit in one of those extra fancy massage chairs and get a nice foot massage. The people are wonderful. So nice. And the place is spotless. I love the consistency of the massage chairs. Would go again.

I don't get massages often at all but when i do i am very picky with where i go because I've gotten bad ones in the past. I ended up having an amazing massage today! From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing and professional. The therapist really knew what they were doing--focused on all the right spots and helped relieve a lot of tension I'd been carrying. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!
