100% useless. Called twice left 2 messages then in desperation tried their web-chat function and guess what, ZERO response.
All well and good to have a $20 off 30 minute response time guarantee - but you have to al least respond.
Called a local company and they're coming first thing tomorrow morning.
Would give 0 if I could. Don't waste your time, haven't even been able to speak to someone despite several calls and emails.

I gave one star because that was the least I could give - zero is preferable. I needed help with connection to a new NBN box after switching from FTTN to FTTP. Originally spoke to Mr Telco rep and explained what I required. He promised to ring me the next morning - he didn’t ring and I got an SMS around midday instead. The SMS advised that a person (no names no pack drill) would be in touch with me “shortly” and when I didn’t hear from anyone I rang the number in the SMS but had to leave a message. I FIXED THE PROBLEM MYSELF USING A BIT OF IMAGINATION AND TRICKS LEARNT GROWING UP IN THE BUSH. The next day the person rang me to arrange a time to fix my problem and I told him his services were no longer required. I’m not blaming him in any way - he’s a subbie. Mr Telco on the other hand is a different story. Promise the world and deliver NOTHING. Totally unprofessional. Never again.

You were aware our technician was visiting your premises to help you out this morning and we called to advise our arrival. Since then you have managed to plug your connection box in beyond your advised medical conditions.
Confirming you have not paid our Company for any works and thus no service has been provided. Seemingly leaving a negative review about our Company who was in route to your premise for assisting you, this review holds no legitimacy.
Should you have been able to plug your modem into your connection box you should have tried connecting it prior to calling our technician who was already 30 mins in route to your premises.

Enquired about having the copper to the house/J-box being tested & terminated properly at the property. Received a call from technician who couldn't provide a time & date of looking at job. Received auto texts stating they'd be in touch again shortly. Hadn't received a call back from technician after 2 days. Have sought another business.
I recently used MrTelco to undertake the job of relocating the NBN box to a different location within the house.
I was originally quoted a price to undertake the job with multiple conversations and photos regarding it with a MrTelco representative.
A subcontractor for MrTelco was used to undertake this job who was professional and completed the job without a hitch, but after the job was completed the price I had to pay was 1 1/2 times over the quoted price (was originally going to be double the price but the subcontractor reduced it due to my concerns about being different to the quote).
For the job card to be completed, I had to pay the subcontractor the full amount without being able to talk to MrTelco as they wouldn’t answer their phones.
After 20+ phone calls, 10+ emails & multiple Facebook messages (all threatening ACCC, court & late payment fees), I was finally able to obtain a refund for the difference of which took over 3 weeks to “process” (& more emails, phone calls etc.)
Once they have got your business, they are very hard to contact via phone & email, never respond to messages left on voicemail etc.
I wouldn’t recommend using MrTelco to anyone & I wouldn’t use them again.
A very unprofessional business & don’t know how they are still operating.
