Chuck and Jummy did a really good job on the installation of my new tankless water heater and new water softener. They were courteous, friendly and orofessional. I highly recommend them!!

Homeowner with a well & the worst fear of a dry well. Lines initially with much sputtering and blast of air and then force. Eventually only a trickle to nothing. Chris convinced me to work with a plumber first before racing off to a well digger. He & Clayton came to my home, diagnosed the plumbing problem and now water flow normal. Lifesavers!

We've used Mr. Plumber twice so far (at the recommendation of many of my coworkers) and it was a great experience both times. Gene came out and did a sewer scope and walked me through all the details as he went along and all the possible ways to fix it without coming across as too sales focused. Jeff came out and checked out our plumbing and explained the different types of water softeners and filters, flushed our water heater, and answered our questions about dishwasher installation. Both guys were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

The initial service call was answered promptly and I had someone at my house very quickly to assess the situation. They gave me multiple options to replace the water heater and pricing. Before they left they completed the pricing for my selection and arrange the service call to have someone install the new water heater. Although there was a little delay in coming back to install the water heater the second to gentleman explained everything they were going to do thoroughly to verify that it was in compliance with what the first individual has spoken and recorded for me. They were very courteous completed their work in a pretty timely manner and now I'm happy.
