I would NOT recommend Pipe Wizard / Mr. Plumber Inc.
I contacted them for a rattling pipe noise, but instead of performing a proper on-site diagnosis, Joseph, the master plumber, made assumptions remotely and immediately recommended a $2,000 pressure reducing value (PRV) and main check valve replacement — without confirming whether either was actually needed.
Can you believe they were about to install a $2000 valve without ever actually checking the pressure? That just boggles the mind.
Only after I insisted did they check the water pressure, which turned out to be completely normal, proving the PRV wasn't necessary. They then snaked the drain (which didn’t help), and after multiple visits, finally discovered that a secondary pipe simply needed support.
Despite this, their quote still included unnecessary work, like replacing the main check valve and adding hammer arrestors — with no clear justification.
After spending both time and money, their final recommendation was to perform a full diagnostic — exactly what I expected from the beginning.
Totally frustrating experience. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Guy came in and said his tool to unclog the drain was broken even though we paid 130 for him to fix it, we have a leak inside our bathtub and he refuses to accept that it's a leak, and to make worse he removed a part of the toilet and put a new piece even though the toilet wasn't the problem. When we told him to wait for someone to explain in further detail what's going on he said I'm leaving and sent a notification that the problem was solved. Never again

We do not charge $130 to unclog a drain, so right there that tells you that is not us. Please give us a call. This has happened before where someone confused us with a different Mr Plumber.

Over a few months Joe and his team have helped me at my home with installing a new hot water heater, flushing out drains, sump pumps, repairing leaking shower, quality work, thorough, and great customer service.

Joe tuned up a very old boiler and fixed a hot tub. Both jobs were quick and painless (I didn’t think the hot tub could be fixed, let alone be fixed on the spot), and there were no surprise charges. Joe was honest & professional and gave me some helpful tips on extending the life of my heating equipment. I highly recommend!
