My PR applications got rejected five times previously, which the first few of the applications were submitted by myself, then I got some specialist consulting firms to help on the later ones. None of them were helpful, not even showing a concern to really help their applicants to get the PR, as if they wish you don't get successful outcome then you will continue paying for their service. This is very apparent when after my application got rejected, the subsequent appeal process, they don't provide any strategic plan to improve, their feedback to me is just to keep applying until I got it. On the 6th attempts, I told myself that this will be the last, then got referred to Jereme and Chloe from M&R Immigration Consultants by my friend. Jereme gave me the assurance and confident to believe in them for this application as they will give all their best to achieve the positive outcome. To my surprise, their approach on handling the application is really beyond my expectation, they really spent the time to analyze my background profile, understand the situations (of all my previous applications), professionally providing guidance thorughout, all in all the service is really superb. So after waited for almost a year, my PR application got approved. I really appreciated their work and service, and also highly recommend them!

I am amazed with how good they are and how they make it so easy for the whole application process. The attention to details is on another level. Totally different from when I was applying on my own. Highly recommended if you have any SG immigration consultation needs. This is personal opinion but they may actually be one of the best if not the best in Singapore.
