Outstanding customer service and communication from Frank. He was able to diagnose the issue with my Microsoft Surface Pro computer but unfortunately the diagnosis wasn’t good.

My first time there at Mr. Robot my sales person I think he was the manager he was very nice and helpful on which phone to choose after my trade in of my iPhone 14 pro max to s22 ultra 512 mb he made my decision easy and included a free case to protect my phone..I'd go back there again in the future if need to thanks for all your help and excellent customer service sorry couldn't remember his name he had blond hair in ponytail...
