Have a Painless harness in my vehicle. Explained that one of the circuits is acting up over the phone and was assured it would be an easy fix. Spent half of one of my four days off this month going into this shop to be told that since they did not have a drawing for the Painless harness I told them about, they would not touch it.

I purchased a Honda Civic from them for $5400 and another $6000 in the span of 72 hours and less then 150 miles on the car for repairs. They did not want to take responsibility and did illegal practices such as being a dealer but not saying on their OfferUp listing. Please take your money else where to honest folk
Memo and Kumar really know their stuff. My car was at the dealership for 3 weeks and they could not find the wiring harness. It's not made anymore.
Mr. Auto Electric had it fixed within hours. They can actually work on wiring. Not like the dealerships that are "plug & play". There are no real mechanics at dealerships anymore and charge $225 per hour for "book time" even thought they might spend 5-20 minutes on something.
If you have any kind of wiring issues, I highly recommend Mr. Auto Electric. They've been in business for over 30 years. I did my research before using them. Love you guys!
The most honest mechanics you'll come across in the industry. The only automotive electrical specialists in the area. Over 80 years combined in automotive experience! I'll be honest, they are a bit pricey, although you get want you pay for, the best replacement parts installed in your automobile, and quality mechanical expertise! I highly recommend this establishment for all your automotive needs!

This place is AWFUL! The man who answers the phone has 0 phone etiquette, doesn't pay attention to what you're saying so you have to repeat yourself multiple times, doesn't honor warranties and takes forever to resolve issues. DO NOT use this place if you have a car with electrical parts to it. Which mostly every car does. If I could give 0 stars I would but Google makes you decide at least 1 star. Fix your manners and customer service Mr. Auto.
Kumar was very rude to me he was yelling and screaming at me over the phone after I scheduled a tow of my car to his shop for electrical issues, he said he couldn’t fix it and hung up in my face and then I had to pay to have my car towed somewhere else, I would never recommend a place with such unprofessional and rude service!
