Relatively efficient, however I would have appreciated having the broadband deals / options discussed as found a better deal online after speaking to them on the day.They called me once this review was posted and apologised for the lack of discussions around options and thanked me for the constructive feed back. Then they explained that they had selected the most economical deal for our family. I appreciated this follow up call shows commitment to customer satisfaction.
