We had an incredible experience with this moving company—truly top-notch and professional from start to finish. Austin and Shack helped with our move, and they went above and beyond. Austin was especially knowledgeable about our Sleep Number bed—he uninstalled it and set it back up at the new place with no hassle. We didn’t have to lift a finger or even Google how it works. Both Austin and Shack were very prepared. They carefully wrapped our wardrobe, dresser, and bed, ensuring everything was protected. Not a single item was damaged during the move. This was a night-and-day difference compared to a previous experience we had a few years ago with one of their competitors, “Two Men and a Truck,” where things were poorly wrapped and ended up damaged. This time, the process was smooth, respectful, and professional. They even went out of their way to help us move an extra item just out of kindness—something we truly appreciated. Before moving day, Kyle clearly communicated the pricing and explained everything in detail—no surprises. On the day of the move, their moving coordinator reached out to check if we needed any supplies, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, this is a very professional moving company with transparent pricing, excellent service, and a customer-first attitude. No hidden fees, and they’re reasonably priced compared to others. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a worry-free moving experience. Huge thanks to Austin, Shack, Kyle, and the whole team!

John and Trenton and Paul . Did very well. Please that they loaded everything in a timely manner they were very polite. They did not complain about anything they actually were pleased to do what we asked.

Thank you for the great service. I was in a bind needing to get a couch delivery up to a second floor apartment over a balcony after the original delivery crew couldn’t do it. I had to call around at 4 pm trying to find a service that could do it. I called Moving Ahead and was able to get service booked for the next day at 9 am. at a reasonable price. John, Sebastian, and Stanley did a great job, were quick, and took good care of my furniture. Will be using again for any future needs!

The movers were great - very efficient and respectful of property. They did a great job of moving a medical bed, including disassembling it and reassembling it. Highly recommend them.

We had the best experience with our move, the team was super friendly and helpful. Accommodated all of our requests and gave us the most positive energy the entire time. Todd, Brandon and Shaq were such a great team- super efficient, helped us with every request and great rates. Highly recommend!

Moving ahead services was late, and was not professional at all. Do not hire!! They actually went up on the price and said that they were going to have 3 guys instead of 2. I told them ok. I didn’t mind if it was going to cost a little more. They went up to $1400.00 from $950.00 for a three bedroom apartment. They were also tired from another job. They left and did not return my down payment, and they left. They didn’t want to work at all. A 3 bedroom is a three bedroom. Do Not recommend this Company to your friends or family.

First, they confirmed the appointment and The billing. Then they showed up with a great attitude. We ran into some challenges, but all of them stepped up. Thank you, John, Shaq, Sebastian, DJ, Deshawn and Todd . Without you, we would never have figured out how to get the sectional from the 11th floor to the sixth floor.

Rob, Kyle, and Stan were amazing! They were super thoughtful, careful and efficient. Will definitely hire again for my next move, 10/10 recommend!

I was connected to Moving Ahead via USRelocators (also a great company) and had some trepidation based on some bad reviews for USRs....from the start Austin and his partner (never got his name) were attentive,polite and very efficient. We were wrapped and loaded in quick time (partly based on my earlier prep) and Austin checked in with me a few times during the 3 hour trip. We were unloaded efficiently, again, and the guys even helped me with an extra furniture piece from outside.I got an amazing price as well; about 1/3 the next closest bid for the same service with great service. I understand why these guys have a 4.8 rating! I would absolutely use them again when possible.

Tremor and Dante were fantastic. The communication was exceptional. The care they took with our belongings was truly phenomenal. I cannot say enough about Home Sweet Home. I highly recommend their services.

The guys were great! I moved across the country and couldn’t have done it without them! They unloaded my large car ( and everything strapped to it), followed me to the storage unit, helped me load my car again and followed me back home to unload. What would have taken me DAYS took them maybe 2 hours?? 10/10 :)

John Shipe John McClure Sebastian Diggs Blaze Cambell And Tina Wahl Were stellar they packed and shipped me from pittsburgh to south carolina Also the rest of the crew were fantastic just don't know their name. Every person that touched my crazy amount of 30 plus years of stuff were very respectful. The price was the least of my bids. Never plan on moving ever again !!!! But if I do would contract them again.
