Franco's sanded and refinished the floors in our newly purchased home that had dark stain on oak flooring. They were prompt, professional, and the quality of the work was exceptional. This company just completed installing solid oak flooring in my entire downstairs home. The crew is professional and trustworthy. Their workmanship is amazing. They installed almost 2,000 sf in three days, while we were living there. I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of the entire crew and staff. Our Hillsborough home was built in 1912, and the oak planking is new, but installed to reflect the homes original charm. Many thanks to the crew, Abby, and most of all, the owner. Franco's guys pulled up carpeting and installed oak flooring in about half of our newly purchased house. They did a great job at a good price. They later came back to sand and refinish the oak floor in our kitchen after a dishwasher leak. It was hard to match the shininess of adjoining rooms. They came back to lightly sand and add a polyurethane coat with some gloss added to it. There was a modest and reasonable charge, and now we have a great match. They are careful, fast, and have a great price.
Franco’s refinished the majority of the hardwood floors in our house. The floors were badly worn down in several areas and an eyesore. When they were done, the refinished floors looked brand new, and amazingly they closely matched the untouched areas, so there are no obvious transitions. Their paint team painted 3 rooms including master bath with vaulted ceiling. The painters were excellent and coordinated well with the flooring crew to maximize efficiency. Not once were we waiting for someone to show up. Everyone was friendly, professional, responsive, and we are thrilled with the quality and level of detail. Their pricing was so reasonable and they took great care with moving our very heavy furniture and with cleanup afterwards. Highly recommend Franco’s. We will contact them without hesitation for future projects.
Our new home needed a section of the third floor remediated and replaced, and Franco’s came highly recommended by our real estate agent. They were easy to work with and also did fantastic work! They pulled up the floor then returned after remediation was complete. They replaced the flooring and sanded the entire floor so it blended seamlessly. They worked hard, were helpful and friendly, and cleaned up after their work. Highly recommend!
