What a complete joke. I was not able to start an account on line. Not able to even login to Internet banking after contacting them via phone . I finally decided that this was a BAD omen of what/the/future dealings with them would be and I pulled the plug.

Absolutely useless banking institution that I wouldn’t recommend. I have had to verify my identity multiple times and am now being questioned over minuscule transactions between my everyday account and this “savings” account, whilst my money is held hostage in the process. I have never experienced anything like it and would not recommend this bank to anyone.

I was looking at getting a second hand car, most banks wouldn’t look at anything older than 5 years and if they did it was a crazy interest rate, I got a hold of Scott Uren at MOVE bank, he informed me that MOVE bank do a used car loan for cars up to 10years old and at a super low rate! He walked me through the process and made it so easy.
