Miro from Mouza has been an absolute dream to work with and i’m so grateful to have gotten by ring by him and for this amazing experience I will never ever forget. He is the most attentive person who will truly listen to you, guide you, educate you and work with you to get the ring of your dreams. I am honestly the most indecisive person on this planet and his patience and expertise put me at ease. His talent and eye for diamonds is unreal and I am so happy to have purchased by ring from him, the best decision I have ever made. I will forever be recommending him wherever I go! If you’re looking for an engagement look no further, you will truly be in safe hands I promise!

Where can I start! From when I walked in Miro was in the booth to welcome me. My knowledge on rings, jewelry was absolutely zero and Miro patiently educated me through great detail. We discussed my partner's ring preferences and went through options for the hour meeting. He then showed me numerous examples of rings and explained the subtle differences. After deciding the ring I wanted we ordered a online 3D model of how it would look. I would message Miro frequently and he replied quickly every time to reassure me. When I paid for the ring. Miro instantaneously messaged me to say the payment had gone through. I really appreciated this. The ring and engagement was perfect. My fiancé adores the ring and described it as perfect. The whole process was super efficient and special. Would highly recommend!

To the point - I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Hatton Gardens or the rest of the U.K. for that matter if you want a diamond/engagement ring. Miro and his team are exceptional. I’m so very pleased to have found Miro at Mouza and would absolutely recommend his services! The process of choosing a ring was much more relaxed than at other jewellers and he really took time to help me find the right style and metal that would suit me, both aesthetically and practically. Miro was helpfully open about pricing but never with any pressure to increase the budget. He found us the very best diamond within our budget and I was impressed with his attention to detail, as he made sure the diamond we chose had the same dimensions/ratio as the sample ring I had tried on to ensure it would have the same look. When I came in to see the stone before it was set, he showed me others to compare it to, which reassured me that the one we had chosen was the best balance of the “4Cs”. The plastic prototype was also really helpful as it allowed me to make a couple of minor tweaks to the design and also to check my ring size. The finished rings are beautifully made and incredibly sparkly - everything I had hoped for. Thank you!

I came in to mouza after wandering around hatton garden without much of a clue what i was looking at. Miro was so helpful in explaining what to look for when designing a ring and i was very confident after leaving the design session. The quality of the ring once i received it was exactly what id hoped for! My now fiancé is over the moon with her engagement ring and cannot stop talking about how it’s her dream ring and how much she loves it! 100% recommend!

My experience with Miro was exceptional. Despite my limited knowledge about diamonds, he took the time to explain everything in detail, presented me with various options, and collaborated with me to design the perfect ring. He even managed to size my partner’s ring perfectly, as she had previously visited him with her mother. The ring was beautifully crafted and delivered on time. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, but Miro’s expertise and approachable demeanor put me at ease, which was crucial given the significance of the investment. Throughout the crafting process, he kept me updated with regular progress reports and photos. I have already recommended Miro to my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you, Miro. Apologies for the delay in this review due to my non stop toddler. We got engaged last year and went to Hatton garden to source a ring to be made as I had no idea what I wanted/my style. We came across Miro (thankfully!!) who really helped me narrow down what I wanted. The result, the most beautiful ring which I haven’t stopped staring at since it’s been on my finger. Miro observed my aura and got to know my style to beautifully identify what would be right for me, with me. Have also had so many compliments on how beautiful it is. Still so sparkly now! For such a big investment, and with so little clue where to start, buying an engagement ring was always going to be a stressful experience for me! I decided to base my search in Hatton Garden, but soon realised, that even there, there was a huge variety in quality and standards between one jewellers to the next. After a couple of quotes, and with more of an idea of what I was looking for, I found a review for Mouza, and booked an appointment. From the moment I met Miro I knew I was in safe hands. He took the time to explain everything, from certification through to design options and went out of his way to create the perfect design and stone my budget. No question or request was too much for Miro, and it was clear how much pride he placed in making sure that everything was perfect. The result was a ring that I felt was tailor designed to my requirements and within my budget. I should also add that my girlfriend said yes, and adores her ring! For all these reason Mouza, and not least Miro, stood out above all of the jewellers I visited and I cannot rate or thank Miro highly enough for such a wonderful, and stress free!, experience.

Honestly I feel very lucky to have met Miro in my engagement journey. His goal is to first and foremost educate every customer, to ensure they are able to create the perfect ring. I purchased my now wife’s engagement ring from Mouza. The ring was stunning and equally as good was the brilliant service and advice we received from Miro. He was personable throughout with a high level of professionalism. His communication was also brilliant. We later purchased our wedding bands from Mouza and we had the same great experience.

I am in lack of words for how amazing the service was! Miro was super friendly and patient since the beginning, helping me bring my ring vision to reality. I wanted an asymmetric ring with heirloom stones plus a dark salt and pepper diamond (which is super hard to find). We went back and forth with designs to get to my dream ring, and Miro went above and beyond to find my perfect stone. Miro is lovely, and we had a super customer service while in this stressful process, since the day we stepped into Mouza we felt confident they were up to the task. The ring is perfect! So grateful for Miro and Mouza jewellers team. Couldn't recommend him enough!

Miro & teddy were extraordinary. I have never had a more patient experience designing and picking the perfect ring. They took hours to explain everything, have me prioritize, took notes of what I wanted and liked, found the perfect diamond, and allowed us to come back 4-5 times til we made a decision! They even designed a different ring I thought I had wanted at no extra cost and put it on display, so I could be sure! I wouldn’t go to another jeweler and would recommend every single person goes here. The ring is PERFECTION and I couldn’t be happier.

Miro from Mouza sold my partner my engagement ring it was absolutely stunning. My partner said he chose to buy his ring from him because he was the only one truly passionate about diamonds and not in it for the money. We then purchased our wedding bands which were perfect and fitted well.

The ring is absolutely stunning - would highly recommend. Wonderful experience from start to finish. We found the shop by chance when visiting Hatton Garden for our engagement ring. Miro and Teddy were very friendly, welcoming and did everything they could to ensure our bespoke ring was super special and exactly how we wanted it to be. Miro was very informative and took the time to explain all of our options so that we could make an informed decision. He did everything he could to accommodate our timescales and kept us updated throughout the whole process. They are very experienced in what they do and certainly take a lot of pride in their work.
