Teddy was sensational. From start to finish she made the whole process so enjoyable and stress free. The final product is exactly how I imagined it and is absolutely flawless - and well received by my fiancé! I didn't actually end up buying a ring from Mouza as my partner had already found a stone she loved elsewhere, however Miro was incredibly helpful throughout my search for an engagement ring. He even provided an honest opinion on the certificate and pricing provided by the other jeweller, which demonstrated an incredibly high level of honesty and integrity. I will 100% be going back to mouza the next time i'm in the market for jewellery.

From our first appointment to our last, Miro was incredibly helpful. He helped us trying on a range of different style rings and guided us when choosing our wedding bands that would fit the engagement ring style. He kept us up to date with the process of the rings when they were being made and was always quick to respond to any questions. He ensured we knew how to take care of rings and was always friendly. We didn’t feel at all pressured to make a decision and he very much allowed us to take our time and talk through all our options. Such a lovely little shop tucked away in Hatton Garden but well worth the visit! Thank you, Miro!

I would definitely recommend Mouza, they couldn't do enough for us and we found the whole experience of choosing a diamond and designing our engagement ring truly wonderful. We don't live close to Hatton Garden but Teddy and Miro were very accommodating and posted prototypes to us and helped us design our perfect ring. Great company, great people, very happy customers

From start to finish the Mouza team have been amazing at helping me design my partners dream ring. Teddy really took the time to explain aspects of the ring no other jeweller really bothers to and helped me pick the diamond with the ratio and clarity I wanted. Before the ring started being made I was sent a 3D module of what the ring would look like. While the ring was being made Miro kept me up to date and sent me a video as soon as the diamond came in, as I was unable to go there in person to view it.

Miro provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to guide me through this process - I thank him for the time and effort he put in and for accommodating my tight timeline and making a potentially stressful situation seamless. I cannot recommend Mouza highly enough. My fiancé and I had a few appointments in Hatton Garden to find the perfect engagement ring but the service provided by Mouza was a stand out experience. Teddy was really thorough, friendly and professional and her knowledge of diamonds was very impressive. She helped us to design the perfect ring and found us the most beautiful diamond. I loved getting the designs and 3D print of the ring before the final thing was ready, when I picked up the ring it was even more stunning than I could have hoped for. Thank you so much!

Lovely experience and stunning engagement ring! I came across Miro after visiting a few other jewellers who didn’t quite get what I was looking for, and the experience with him was completely different. Miro was super friendly, took the time to explain everything (gold, diamond cuts, clarity, prices etc), and made me feel relaxed rather than overwhelmed. He walked me through every step, from how the lab-grown diamond would be sourced to all the details behind it too. When we got into the bespoke ring design (I knew what my girlfriend liked), I made several tweaks after the first draft design, and Miro was always more than happy to adjust things! Big thanks also for your patience and for answering my (many!) questions, really appreciate it and enjoyed it. Having a visual render of the ring was really cool too, and the 1:1 resin print made it so much easier to get a sense of the scale before committing. The whole process felt very personal and considered, and never rushed. My fiancee absolutely loves the ring and especially appreciates how great the experience was for me, for such an important purchase. :) Honestly, I couldn’t recommend Miro and his team more. After spending many hours in Hatton Garden, we were fortunate enough to be approach by Teddy from Mouza, who helped us work out exactly what we were looking for in an engagement ring. She really took the time to explain aspects other jewellers hadn't and helped us to pick diamonds without with the ratio and clarity we wanted. While the ring was being made, Alex and Miro kept us up to date and even provided pictures. We're so happy with the ring and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Miro and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. From the first consultation, Miro took his time in talking me through the world of diamonds and ensuring I got the perfect ring for my partner. He didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision and his response time was always immediate. Couldn't recommend Mouza any more as the place to get your perfect ring.

AMAZING!!! From the moment we stepped into the shop to leaving a couple of months later with a ring beyond my dreams - incredible service, quality, understanding and even price. I do love a sparkly and have for about 4 years been looking for that elusive ring, I don’t do normal or what everyone else has! I fell in love with a very particular cut but it’s rare! I met Miro on another visit searching and he knew exactly the cut I meant, (others didn’t), and was as excited as me that he knew where to source too as he had just seen one! That was it, deposit paid, ideas sent, designing, then realising we needed a bit more sparkle to make it even better, he got these crafted in another rare shape LOL. Sent CAD drawing, showed me stones and a 3D version until ….. OMG here it is on my finger and I just can not believe I have it. THANK YOU RING MAN MIRO, you have genuinely made my dream a reality and I will not be taking it off my finger!! 😀😀

I can only compliment Teddy and Miro, they have been excellent from the start until the very end of the process and beyond. Teddy was supportive, patient and kind as she guided us through the process of picking our dream engagement ring. She showed us many options, asked all the right questions and gave us her honest opinion/view on all matters fine jewellery. We will be back for wedding bands :)

We bought our engagement ring from Mouza and couldn’t be happier with the product or the service we received. We were a bit overwhelmed by the chaos of Hatton Garden when we stumbled upon Mouza and I’m so glad we did. Teddy was absolutely fantastic – as well as being extremely knowledgeable and helping us understand the different aspects of diamond quality, she also was really friendly, put us at ease and let us really take our time, and guided me through choosing a style, which was just invaluable. I ended up with something completely different to the ring that first caught my eye but it’s perfect for me and so beautiful. Would recommend 100% and we'll be going back to order our wedding bands!

Mouza were amazing when me and my fiancé were looking for my engagement ring. They were so helpful, suggested shapes and design elements that I could like based on my idea images. I love that we got to design my ring from scratch. Mouza sent me a 3D mock up of it before it was made to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back when we need our wedding bands.

Bought a beautiful marquise engagement ring from here which was made in under five days, so it was a quick turnaround. Miro was very helpful in guiding me on the type of ring that would suit my partner based on her character and the stone type she wanted. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what his recommendations were, and why. The support was hugely appreciated and my partner loved the ring! Would highly recommend for both the guidance and the end result.
