Food was excellent and a good variety to choose from. Service was swift and waitresses/waiters very polite. Will definitely visit again but I would suggest reservations on weekends as it was very busy last Sunday but we had made a booking through opentable so no issues.

Very pleasant relaxed venue with excellent bar food. We had a good table in the window. It was comfortably warm on a very cold day. However the rest of the venue is a bit dark and would benefit from updating and more light.

If you want good food at a reasonable price, great staff and service and brilliant craic with the locals, this is the place to be. We were here on Saturday and Sunday for our tea and loved it. 4 of us and the choice meant we were able to enjoy different meals each time. Thanks to you all and we will be recommending you to anyone going to Co Wicklow.

We live locally and eat here at least once a month. We were celebrating a special occasion on Saturday. Unfortunately, as we are not into rugby, we were not made a ware of the match taking place shortly after our arrival. As a result we were made to watch the match through no choice of our own. We were sat down next to the screen which was turned up to the max. We couldn’t even hold a conversation at the table at all and had to shout at each other. The food was flavourless. We tend to go for our favourites every time, fish/batter had no taste, tartar sauce was basically mayo with a bit of seasoning this time and both tartar and mushy peas were served in plastic containers. I know it’s not exactly a restaurant but it’s not a pub per se and where food is served, there should be an ambience for people to converse without having to shout across a table at one another or an order to a waiter. I felt sorry for the couple at another table who were clearly on a date. Bad choice of a venue..

The service was poor we had to chase after everything we ordered to see where it was especially drinks. The food was tasteless we all thought we had covid again and lost our taste buds. The restaurant look grubby and tired. The Guinness was lovely.

Great place to eat! We went 2 nights in a row; the food was that good. Can definitely recommend the pulled pork!! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Would recommend this restaurant to everyone

Food was absolutely amazing. Only thing I’d change about the nachos and bacon and cheese chips, would be to have cheese sauce on them instead of grated cheese. Other than that it was unbelievable. Philly Cheesesteak was to die for. Good feed if you come here. Only complaint is our waitress(girl) was quite rude and didn’t check back with us.
