They squeezed me in to see Dr Christian same day. Hopefully the treatment helps, but so far I can say this office and its staff were absolutely great to work with.
Great office. Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt. I’ve been going for decades. The drs are great and so is the office staff. Everyone is sooooo nice!
Went to get my daughter a check up, we waited 23 mins just for everyone else to get taken back and seen. I asked the lady and she said they all checked in before us, which was a lie 2 checked in after us and got seen before us. We were there 5 min before our scheduled appointment and checked in. So the receptionist was a bit rude when I asked. Yet she lied about everyone being there before us. Not professional

I am sorry for your experience today. The wait time can be a little bit longer as your daughter was a new patient to our office, it does takes time to enter all the new information before seeing the provider. We are always looking at ways to improve and we will strive to offer better wait times. I am sorry for any inconvenience that may have caused you.
My insurance claims its accepted here, when I called in to ask, the receptionist told me they only accept it if it meets certain criteria but didn't offer to help me figure out if they would be able to accept it or not.

I broke my glasses and needed to quickly get mine replaced. I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in within a few days. They put me through all of the testing and I was wondering why I wasn't just getting my prescription looked at. After I was done, when I asked about my new glasses they sent me to a different part of the building where the optical told me they didn't take my insurance. I was quite confused, as when I called they asked for my insurance and everything and I sent it over right away. I asked the lady at the main desk (not naming names) how much the cost of my visit was for, seeing how they never even did what I asked for, and they told me they didn't know they would send me a bill. Sounds promising. Now I have to call the insurance company tomorrow and deal with this super misleading, awkward situation. If people could just listen and be honest, that would be awesome. When I scheduled the appointment, I literally said, all I need is a new pair of glasses. Why all of the weirdness just to get business?

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chad Anderson at Mountain Eye Institute in Cedar City, Utah, since I was two years old, and I can’t recommend him enough. As a child, I was terrified of doctors and eye exams, but Dr. Anderson made the experience comfortable and positive. Unlike my previous eye doctor, who suggested general anesthesia, Dr. Anderson worked with me patiently and even tried the exam without sedation, which made a huge difference.
Throughout the years, he continued to go above and beyond to help me feel at ease. He would take off his lab coat to make me more comfortable and even check the eyes of my dolls or stuffed animals during exams to help me feel less scared. When I had my eyes dilated, he let me sit on my mom’s lap for extra comfort. These small gestures meant the world to me and made a huge impact on my trust in him.
Now, as an adult, I still trust Dr. Anderson for all my eye care needs. His team at Mountain Eye Institute provides excellent, compassionate service, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch eye care.

I saw Dr. Christian today as a new patient. It was a great experience. The Doctor and staff were prompt, thorough and friendly. They got me in quick, but the encounter was not rushed. Wait time was reasonable. I would recommend this Doctor, staff, and location to anyone!!!

I had been going here for years and have extremely poor service from the optical the doctors rude they said I have glockcoma I finally gone somewhere else and come to find out I don’t have glockcoma and have been treated for it here when my eyes were checked somewhere else the doctor showed me the pictures so I had been lied to with all the appointments and money spent
My husband and I have been interested to getting sunglasses and have our questions answered.
They were rude in process of answering questions to my husband then just barely to me when I needed my prescription numbers.
I can't find my paper.
Not impressed anymore.
Since they won't give me my prescription numbers. I have to start all over at a different Eye Doctor.
