I can't reach anyone... at all... online 'chat' permanently says the shop is closed even though it's midweek within work hours, multiple emails go unanswered, the phone is endlessly unanswered "your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available agent" on repeat. Has this business closed?
I am SO pleased with our Motorised Roller Blinds
I am SO pleased with our Motorised Roller Blinds from MotorisedBlinds. Their customer service team were really helpful with answering some questions we had pre-purchase - the whole process really couldn't have been more simple! The blinds literally have the motor inside the tube and when it needs charging, you just plug it in like a mobile phone - but this is only needed every 3-6 months! All you need are the blinds, a charger and a remote!
Super impressed and I literally show every visitor them and everyone loves them! Who knew they would be such a life changer!

Love the Motorised Double Roller Blinds
Really pleased with my motorised blind - It was easy to install, works smoothly, and feels well made. The motor is quiet and the remote works well. Delivery was on time and customer service was helpful when I had a question regarding the installation. I would certainly buy from them again!
Great experience, lovely blinds
Felt it was time to upgrade my home, and what a difference it made! I'm a bit of a geek, so loving the integration options and went with the Connectivity Kit in the end. I love being able to tell Alexa to open and close the blinds when needed rather than having to mess with another controller. The blinds look superb and run smoothly and quietly. Overall delivery was fast, the quality is great, they're beautiful blinds and fit right in, and it's been a lot of fun tinkering with the Alexa app to set up routines and voice commends! 6 stars!

4 weeks later and still not recieved the blind or update onto where it is
Samples arrived very fast but that is the only good thing about this company. Website said the blind will be dispatched in 3 days. Its almost 4 weeks later and I have not recieved anything. I have sent multiple emails and only had 1 reply telling me they will look into it and get back to me. I am not trying to get my money back so I can get elsewhere.
Not a "Smart" Choice
Decided to order some motorised blinds from this company, as I was looking for blinds to add to my Smart Home system. The one thing this company and its staff is not is ‘Smart’
Ordered 3 blinds and despite the order screen showing they would be made within 3 days; it was a week before they were despatched. The account page on their website gave no indication as to the status of the order, and in fact even today, over 2 weeks later, it is still showing “in production”. Was never kept up to date with progress and had to call them on a number of occasions to get the tracking number.
The blinds arrived, but once more astonished to find no fitting instructions on how to pair the blinds to the remote. Had to call again and was sent the instructions. Set a day aside to fit and connect the blinds, but despite numerous attempts could not pair the blinds to the remote. Called again and was told that “the motors are new, and we have not been trained on how they are set up” and to call the manufactures help number and they could probably help me. Did that, but got the same response that they could not help as they were not trained. Suggested I download the ‘help me app, which I did but that also failed to work. Eventually called Motorised Blinds again and someone said they would talk me through the process, using I suspect a prompt sheet. Imagine my astonishment to discover that the instructions I had been sent were WRONG, and I had been wasting over a day & half of my time!!
Following more telephone call and emails I have now come to the conclusion that 2 of the blinds are defective, whilst one I have managed to get working. They have now asked for a video of me trying to set up the blinds (I am convinced because they think I don’t know what I am doing) which I have done. Waiting for a response, but now seriously considering Legal action to get a refund and to seek compensation for all the wasted time. They say “Buyer beware” – has to be that in the case of this company.

DO NOT BUY YOUR BLINDS FROM HERE..................
If I could leave 0 stars I would! The experience from the start was poor...... samples took a long time to come through and back an forth emails...... then they didnt come back with a measurement question! Then when I actually placed the order I paid for next day delivery the blinds came 4 days later. To top it all off they advised me to by a remote that was £100+ more than I needed telling me I need that remote to operate the 7 blinds together! They didn't call me back and I then had to chase them..... they offered me no resolution and the whole operation is smoky mirrors offering different discount levels as motorisedblinds.com is actually Blinds by Post which is Hudson's blinds...... Terrible experience and could of all been resolved.
Sorry quality not good . Trim damaged. Paid for next day delivery took two days.
Blind operates fine. Didn’t complain as have had problems in the past with other suppliers so just got on with it.
Operates nice and quiet. Fits well.
No instructions on how to charge and switch on figure it out yourself
Fab blinds and company, with an easy to use website. I ordered motorised rollers for my kids rooms as I wanted child safe blinds without the chains / control cords. Such a great choice of fabrics, and after ordering some samples, I managed to find ones that fitted the decor and suited their rooms perfectly! Very happy customer.
