Brought my 2022 Dodge Durango in for a warranty repair and a few other concerns last week, and to say the least, their treatment and level of care were exceptional. The service manager was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and listened to every concern I had in detail. The entire department, including the technician who worked on my vehicle (Jordan), was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you to the entire team for your level of professionalism. Thank you Amanda, Austin, and the rest of the team for being so nice and fixing all the issues I had. Hands down the best dealership in Windsor!!

This dealership should be ashamed of themselves. Reading reviews and there are so many local people and families who have been ripped off their hard earned money. My wife had purchased a used vehicle with a transmission recall that the dealer DID NOT inform her about until the paperwork had been signed. Not only that but they did not tell her the odometer had been rolled back until she signed and the pressure from them continued. When she tried to back out the salesman stated she could not and that it was a free repair and the vehicle would be good to go. She continued to say she wanted and back out and was told no again. She paid them and remained unhappy with her purchase. Fast forward, she had the recall done, which was on the transmission and now the transmission is done. It would cost her another $4000,00 for a vehicle she had just purchased 8 months ago from this dealership. Shame on the used sales Dept. You would think a dealership like this would care about their customers and reputation but NO they do not. BUYER BEWARE!!

We purchased a used vehicle from Marven at Motor City Chrysler and had a very pleasant experience. We absolutely love our new car and Marven was very helpful, explained everything in good detail and went out of his way. Maggie was also amazing with all her help! Very happy with our purchase.
Brought my car in for a tire rotation, they break my wheel nut key, lose the bag with the identification # so I can't easily order a new one, blame the previous tech that worked on my car for impacting the wheels, blame me for not getting my wheels rotated (I do this every 10000km with my oil changes).
When I asked if they could help me get a new lock nut key the technician basically shrugged. It's under my impression that if you destroy something (my key lock) you should replace it and not task me with the job sans identification # on the bag that was never returned to me.
Not only that but they charged me for the tire rotation that never happened until I pressed about it for a refund.
They say the only thing they could possibly do is drill them out which would cost me hundreds of dollars and they couldn't even give me a quote on that or any sort of guarantee.
I want to know what really happened in there and if they're just blaming someone else for something they did.
I will never go back. Go to a real mechanic not some clueless dealer that only plays the blame game.
Good luck getting a hold of a real person. Their new AI assstant will just send you into a loop. Good luck getting to someone!
