Couldnt fault Deborah and Lee for their advice and covering all questions regarding surron bike. Wish everyone was as genuine and reliable as they were after previously having bad experience with other companies. On the plus side this company are an official surron disributor, which i felt gave that extra security, when it comes to an official surron warrenty.

Highly recommend MotoEbikes in Guildford - the customer service is superb, the selection available is exemplary and competitively priced too, the purchasing process was extremely simple. I required delivery which wasn't a problem and I was really pleased to hear they use their own van and driver. The delivery was exactly when they said it would be, the driver was informative and careful with the bike, and just as friendly as Deborah and Lee!

I started riding bikes in the 80's. Worked my way up to a GPz550, had an accident (not my fault), and stopped for a while. Speed forward to 2022 - Given the ever increasing price of fuel and my need to only really do short trips I decided to pick up biking again. I bought a Horwin CR6 to see if I could still hack it / enjoy it (Battery power seemed a bit of an investment, but less time spent on maintenance and more time riding appealed to me). And I did. I really enjoyed the freedom and mobility that the bike provided. Cheaper to run daily than a BMW 2 series too. Move forward 18 months with the CR6 being used almost daily, and I started to look for bikes that I could progress to - could match my enthusiasm, manage my skill and keep me safe. So I settled for a Zero SR. It was in my price range and ticked my range and performance boxes. (I want to be able to travel further afield without worrying too much about charging). I looked around various places for deals and services offered and Motoebikes just stood out - Good Zero range, on site servicing, small and local. I visited them (Guildford a short trip for me) and met with Deborah. She explained the differences between the bikes they had in stock, knew the key attributes of each, and also pointed me at a recent deal they had - an unregistered 2023 Zero SR/F for less than a new SR. We chatted for a while as Lee was out delivering a bike, and she showed me pictures of a rider they sponsor (riding an electric dirt bike). Deborah also went and spoke to another person who came in (browsing) and took the same time to answer their questions. Lee came back and showed me some more details on the bike, explained some of the key items, answered all the questions I had on the bike - and got the sale. Lee and Deborah are passionate about eBikes. They service their bikes, sponsor a rider, and are willing to take time with anyone who comes in. They share the workload between them and make for a very friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend visiting them and discussing your needs. They helped me a lot (and I get my bike delivered in < 24 hours time. Can't wait.) 2025 update. I still go to MotoEbikes on a semi regular basis just to say hi. Lee and Deborah are always welcoming, happy to chat, and offer advice. Earlier in the year a nice gentleman reversed their car into my bike knocking it over. Lee collected the bike, repaired the damage and delivered it back very quickly. No fuss. No drama. Always happy to visit their showroom, especially as they have the new livewire Mulholland...

I would just like to say what an amazing customer experience Lee and Deborah have provided since we purchased a Surron for our son in May last year. We had lots of questions before we purchased the bike and we were given genuine honest advice and were made aware of what is acceptable as to where you can ride these electric bikes and what is acceptable in the eyes of the police if you are pushing it along a path to get you to your off-road destination. No pushy sales tactics here from this company. Lee has serviced and maintained the bike for us and always on hand to provide advice and to keep my son updated on what the bike required at different times. It’s very rare to find companies that operate in a way that MotoEbikes do and Lee and Deborah always make you feel like a valued customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending this amazing business and thank you Lee and Deborah.

Bought the surron lbx around 6 weeks ago and nothing but problems with the back brake I'm now having to speak to a solicitor to take them to court as they've sold me a faulty bike. Wasn't told what the warranty covers as it just says bike on the email lees attempted fixing the bike twice with zero success and had i been out riding i couldve had a major accident wether it's a manufacturer fault i wouldn't know but I didn't spend £4000 on a bike to not be able to use it absolutely fuming

Lee and Deborah were amazing. Bought an Ultra bee and it’s the best purchase I’ve made. Customer service was insanely good and the whole process was quick. I highly recommend this place for sure. Very kind, very helpful people. Bike got delivered in a couple days as I asked, but they did offer me next day delivery which is insane to me. Amazing place, amazing people , amazing bike. 🤝

I had my 4year old Zero DSR serviced and software upgraded. Lee was very helpful and gave me a cuppa after my journey from Brighton. He even offered to come and pick me up if I went for a walk and breakfast somewhere. (there's actually a great coffee shop less than 20 minutes away). He was very quick with the service and it was a fair price. Highly recommended.

I was looking for an ex-demo Zero Motorcycles DSR/X to set up for off-road use, and MotoEbikes had one. Lee, the managing director, was extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. No hard sell tactics - just shared enthusiasm for the world of electric moto. The price was fair, he was able to deliver it with the upgrades I wanted (frame guards, skid plate, aggressive footpads, rapid charger), and the entire experience was very efficient and pleasant. Highly recommended! (As are Zero Motorcycles - this is the third one in my fleet...)

I was in the area so I popped into MotoeBikes to have a look at some of the electric offroad bikes, Lee was very accommodating answering my questions, he let me ride a Surron LBX and a Talaria. The Talaria was more punchy but the Surron was much more nimble so I ended up taking home a Surron, biggest problem was picking a colour as all was in stock. It's been perfect for hacking around the local woods in the evenings.
