We worked with Josh to obtain two mortgages in close succession. The timelines were very tight and we had to explore various banks. Josh was incredibly professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. He talked us through the various options available, and kept us up-to-date with the progress. In the end, we were able to get approved for both mortgages despite complicating factors and a time crunch. We also worked with Christina to get the mountain of paperwork completed, and she was very efficient, responsive, and friendly. While it was stressful at times, the overall service that was provided was excellent. I highly recommend Josh and team!!

He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and allowed me to be confident enough to do my first variable rather than fixed mortgage, knowing that him and his team will be there to assist in watching and advising on if/when to lock in the rate. I recently bought my first home and was referred to Scott by my accountant. I trust my accountant's opinion (he's a very hard guy to please) so when he told me to go to Scott, I was expecting good things. Scott and his team, especially Christina, did not disappoint. They were courteous, friendly, patient, prompt and very accommodating which was perfect for a first time home buyer like me. They were always willing to answer questions (even the dumb ones) and I noticed Christina would respond to my emails very late into the evening which I really appreciated.
