I came with an appointment, they made me wait more than an hour. If that is the "time frame" they are happy with, for me, that's horrible. And definitely not aligning. I won't step in that place again. They changed the doctor that I had the appointment with. The doctor (I can't really tell he is) that I saw looked very unhappy to see me like I was an unexpected or unwanted visitor. Choose any other hospital.

Everything was good. The staff and nurses are very kind and respectful. We only had a bad experience with Rafik Antonio. At the end of my wife’s consultation, he told us rudely that we had already taken too much time. My son saw his mother getting her eyes checked and asked me if the doctor could check his eyes as well. I asked the doctor if he could just touch my son’s eyes and tell him it’s fine. He replied, “I don’t have time, and you already took too much time.” This was very impolite and rude.
