Cost seemed
a bit excessive for a 30 min. job. It didn't take 2 men to replace a leaking spigot, which I feel my have inflated the repair cost.

Lucas did a great job. The problem was a little more complicated than plain drain clean out. He completed the job in a timely manner and did an excellent job cleaning up before he left. I would use MOORE plumbing again.

Had a water supply leak out in the front yard and called Mooe Plumbing. They answered immediately and put me in contact with a technician in just a few minutes to describe the situation. Originally the appointment was set for 2pm the next day because of the late call but they were able to send someone out first thing in the morning. The technician was very professional and found the leak under the sidewalk in short order. The leak was fixed and the concrete restored before the end of the day. Thanks for the great job it is appreciated.

There is a pride that I have and a confidence that is calling Moore Plumbing and drains . A confidence that they are professional and man O man they know there jobs ! We have used them many times and with every O no problem at our house they show up promptly and do awesome work ! They were professional and courteous. The only disappointing thing was the technician said they gave a 10% senior discount and he would figure it out. When he came back from the truck, he said he made a mistake there is no senior discount. I felt they should have honored that discount and I had no choice but to pay the full amount

We used Moore Plumbing and Drains for our renovation. They installed new pex piping, drains, and our new tankless water heater. I would highly recommend Jordan and his team to anyone. Jordan is extremely responsive, fair, and a pleasure to work with. The work is top quality and they made sure we were completely happy before completing the job.

I used Moore Plumbing to video tape a sewer line from our bathroom toilet to the street. The technician showed up at about 4:30 pm for an appointment that was scheduled from 1-3 pm. The company called about 1:30 to say they would arrive close to 3 pm. The real problem was that they arrived fairly tired and couldn't do their jobs that well being tired and working in the dark. $275 for the video inspection.
They first said that there was no problem with the sewer line, then 20 minutes later they found an obstruction and they offered to clear it for an additional fee of $175, then they decided that there wasn't a clearable obstruction and that the sewer line wasn't the cause of the intermittently slow flushing toilet. They did several more tests on the problem toilet but couldn't definitively identify the cause of the slow draining toilet. They quoted an excessively high price to replace the float valve and flapper mechanism of $375 and suggested replacing the entire toilet for $475. They kept saying that their company only allows them to replace whole parts and doesn't allow repairs due to liability reasons.
I rated them 4 stars because of their video taping but wouldn't recommend them for anything else.

Chris Martinez of Moore Plumbing & Drains is my favorite plumber! He has done several repairs for me in 2022, including repairing a drain, installing a sink pop-up assembly, and replacing my laundry shut-off valves. He is very kind and patient, listening to my questions and offering great advice. He is neat and trustworthy, too! I also like how the company's owner, Jordan Moore, answered the phone on the weekend when I had an emergency. Many places that tout a 24/7 response don't answer the phone. Jordan was honest about the cost of off-hours repairs and very pleasant to talk to. I was able to wait until a weekday, and the work was done quickly.

Dissatisfied with the experience. Couldn’t repair the clogged exterior drain. The Plummer had to use our bathroom twice for his personal use. He Sprayed water on our windows and soiled them. Didn’t clean up after himself. He Was supposed to give us a bid to do the repair and we never heard back from him. What a rip off!
