Had a great experience with Moore Plumbing and Drains. From the initial call answered by Meghan, on a Saturday no less, to the technician Christopher who repaired a waterline at our commercial property in Escondido, it was a pleasure working with them. The price was fantastic, and after quoting the price, Christopher came up with a really good idea to make any future repairs (if needed) easier by where he placed the valve. It was a little more work for him, but was a great way to do the repair, and he did it all for the price of the original quote. I will definitely call them if we have any more plumping needs. Thanks to the entire Moore crew!

Moore Plumbing and Drains has provided plumbing support for my home in Escondido three times over the past 6-8 years and they have always done a top notch job, reasonably priced, and done what they said they would do.. Jordan deserves special mention since he has always been outstanding. I don't normally write reviews, but the emergency I had last Saturday afternoon is noteworthy. As I got ready to take a shower in a downstairs bathroom the washer upstairs drained explosively and put nearly an inch of water in the downstairs bathroom. And all three of my toilets added to the water. I called Moore and Meghan stayed assessed the situation and gave me her private number. She didn't have anyone available but did recommend another Plumber in our area. I called them and explained the situation, but by 4 AM Sunday still had no response. Meghan called back and when she heard we were still without toilets, she scheduled Jordan, who came out on a Sunday cleared my drains with their state of the art instument and drain camera and one toilet was working within less than two hours. He then repaired my other downstairs toiletk installing a new complex sealing gasket that he had to run out to a friend for the part on a Sunday. All that and a cheerful attitude and a very reasonable price considering it was a Sunday. Moore has competent staff who take their mission seriously and do not try to up sell or take advantage of an emergency. A 5 Star Rating is not enough. Jim W
