If you want to get dissapointed and waste your precious time, then this is the best place. And yes, they are good at consulting to obtain a police report, but nothing to do with immigration. They got inexperienced staff, maybe they did a good job earlier years, but not recently(2021/2022). They just love your money, until they get it from you, you will receive a VIP service, thereafter, they will show "go to hell" attitude. These people does not deserve even a one star.
