I was very happy with the assistance I received from Nikolas to obtain a new mortgage at a reasonable rate as I had been to several other brokers with no luck. He also assisted me in obtaining a HELOC and will be going back when my mortgage comes up for renewal.

Sean is an amazing mortgage broker. Sean helped in getting mortgage when I was struggling with getting pre-approved from the banks. Sean went above and beyond and found me the best interest rate on my mortgage even without me asking for it. Sean is highly professional and excellent financial advisor. I would highly recommend Sean to anyone who is struggling to get mortgage approved from the banks as well as looking for better interest rates.
