declined no problem , then cold called and told i was eligible for a grant , excellent! Filled in all necessary details to then receive a phone call the next day saying i wasn't getting the grant , because they couldn't verify my bank details which is absolute non sense , as this is my main day to day bank 🤣 not a good service what so ever
