Fun job You can work from home. That was the best part. You can have a full time job and still do this one the side and stack your money up. Some make enough here to make this their full time job.

Horribly Mismanaged Company Monat couldn't manage its way out of a paper bag. It made these outrageous financial forecasts based on covid sales numbers when the country was out of work expecting that to continue once covid was over. They laid off 65% of the staff putting hard working, loyal employees out on the street while they spent tens of millions sending their top earners on super yachts and luxury vacations. Won't recommend, that company is a joke. Micromanagement. Upper management located in the US do not care about CSR team and suggestions/opinions, will force shifts on you, and is insensitive. Understaffed. Technical issues 90% of the time, that are mostly fixed after months.Great and supportive team, lots of gifts (company's products).

Not Worth it if you really think about it The amount of work one puts in to make content to receive clients and or grasp the audience attention, is not worth it. You will not get paid for all the free advertising that you’ll do for this company. You only get paid if someone purchases items under your link. They team is not supportive and are only in it for themselves.

Cult like environment It seems definitely like a pyramid scheme it was a very cult like environment. The people working there cares a lot more about image than actually have satisfied customers and not all good things that were said about the company is true. You have to find customers to purchase the products You have to be highly motivated to solicit customers online or host an event. You can promote based on the number of people working under you and those workers must sell products, too. Good work environment Good place to work. Management cares for their employees. They really make you feel like you're part of a family. The smiling faces definitely outshine the frowning ones. Throughout the time I worked in this company it changed a lot. It just kept on growing and changing, so it's hard to paint an accurate picture of the current state. But through all of it you could really tell they care for their employees. Life's what you make it and I made my time in this company a meaningful one for me. From customer service to IT I always felt like my work was really important. Unfortunately I was put in positions where taking PTO and having free weekends and holidays was not an option, and I had a certain sense of importance from that sacrifice. I should have quit to realize my dreams early on. But didn't. So...great place to work if you need a place to work RIGHT NOW. Pros Good benefits. Average pay. Excellent atmosphere.
