They diagnosed the unit very thoroughly and found that it was actually running great and there was no problem with it. The problem was a faulty installment of a dryer system for my floor that was exhausting heat into my home. When instead it should’ve been exhausting the heat out of the windows as they told me. I appreciate their help and dedication. I would highly recommend them!!!
