What a brilliant service Stephen provides! I looked online for a local company to deal with a wasp nest. Stephen answered my phone call straight away and then apologised because he couldn’t get to me until the afternoon (same day)! He was very reassuring, he fully explained the costs and the process. He arrived at my house 2.5 hours after I’d called him, at the time he said he’d arrive. He was friendly, polite, efficient and very informative. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Absolutely excellent service on a Sunday within an hour of us discovering a wasps nest in our garage by Stephen. Very competitive price and guarantee that if a further problem in 5 days then stephen will return. Very courteous and attentive - we were talked through the elimination process at length and also about how these nests form and develop. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. In fact, we have today - to our neighbours who also had a wasps nest !!

For a week or so we’d noticed what we thought were dead hoverflies in an upstairs room. A couple of days ago we spotted insects flying outside around the gutters. Only when someone cleaning our gutters got stung did we think it might be a bit more of an issue. We rang a few companies. As someone who hasn’t needed such a service before I was shocked by the varying responses. Some were happy to come out immediately but quoted nearly £200 for the pleasure, while others said they would charge us to come out even if they couldn’t do anything. I wasn’t sure what to do. Found Stephen’s number next on the list and rang, not expecting anything different. Boy, was I wrong! My first phone call with Stephen focused on gathering info about the issue and what possible causes there could be. He outlined potential issues and gave advice that reassured me he (a) knew what he was talking about and (b) didn’t just want the money. I was happy, on his advice, to leave things. The day after we noticed increased activity so I called back and asked if we could arrange a visit. This was promptly done. Stephen arrived and could see where the issue was. However, he asked if the loft was accessible as he said treating the nest from inside would be more effective. Our loft is pretty full, and even after being guided to the wrong space by me he was prepared to try further along. Within minutes he’d spotted the nest and was getting set up to do a job I really don’t envy him. From start to finish, Stephen was fantastic. He clearly loves what he does and his approach throughout was the perfect blend of reassuring and professional. He monitored the area from outside and was satisfied the wasps were doing as expected before leaving, giving clear guidance about what to do/look for and what steps to take if the wasps still seemed to be around. I’m really hoping I don’t have to call him back out…but so far, so good.

We had a wasp's nest in our kitchen bay roof. Rang Stephen who arrived within half an hour. He treated the nest, as it had started to rain he said the treatment might not be fully effective but he would come back if it was not effective. This was four days ago and we've seen no more wasps so it seems to have worked. We can highly recommend his service

I had an emergency as there was a huge amounts of wasps in a bedroom. I phoned several numbers, before reaching Stephen, to be told anything from 48 hours to 14 days. I was quoted on average £175 plus vat with other sources. Steven arrived within 3 hours and the cost was a flat £59. Aside from that, he was incredibly helpful, professional, genuine and efficient. He dealt with a very problematic wasps nest outside and the issue inside which had become distressing. The assurance that he would return if need be and even trusting me to pay after he had left via bank transfer means that this true gentleman is being added to my contacts, just in case. Please, don’t go to any other, large companies will not give the service that Stephen provides. Highly recommended. Thank you

A very quick response, and a visit was arranged within 24 hours of initial enquiry. The process of treatment was explained well, and follow ups offered if needed. I would go go lay recommend this business for any pest control issues.

Stephen came out on the same day as we rang him. We had bees in a bird house right outside our kitchen door. Although we didnt want them there we didnt want to hurt or kill them. He understood our needs and removed them very quickly. They will enjoy the rest of the summer in their new home. Good price for a great job. Thank you Stephen.
