Don't care about the elderly.
On August 1, 2024 my mother noticed her floor wet from the drain of the furnace located in her closet in her home. This has happen before and it was an a/c issue. She had used energy savers on another a/c issue in past and since I couldn't remember the other company I contacted energy savers though their website marking the box of issue that stated water leak inside home. I set the appointment up for August 2, 2024 between the hours of 8a.m. and 12p.m. they arrived at 350 p.m. the a/c was running fine other then the leak but I told her to cut the a/c off so it wouldn't possibly cause more damage. I advised energy savers this by phone a recorded line. So to be clear the air was blowing cold before energy savers arrived this is important as the repair person says it wasn't running until he worked on it. Untrue it was cut off because of the leak he was suppose to look at. I kept calling them that she is 89 years old with no a/c while she waits. No concern from them. This is important because when arguing with the repair person he said when he was leaving my mother had somewhere to go. Yes she stays with me at night a 25 minute drive away the issue was no a/c all day while she waited on him. When he left on August 2, 2024 he never advised for her to get plumber it wasn't until he came out August 5, 2024 and tried to charge an additional 89.00 service charge. He and I got in a verbal argument over the phone because he said it wasn't leaking before he got their or when he left. First I had her cut the a/c off even though it was working so that the leak wouldn't cause more damage to the unit or floor. They were advised of this prior to coming out the first time. I told him she wiped the water up while it was off and he wasn't there long enough to see it leak on the initial call August 2, 2024. Why didnt he on August 2, 2024 advise it was a plumbing issue. He adived it on August 5, 2024 its a plumbing issue. I gave them the information prior to first service call and now its a plumbing issue and they wanted another 89.00 He said he used his water hose to flush it my mother didn't see him do this. She seen him his truck for the most part. Then he came in said im gluing this and this inside furnace and not charging you. Then when it was time pay the amount was 317.00 she gave him him 320.00 and he asked her to donate the 3.00. After he said it was an 89.00 service charge I called the office talk to Meagan I believe same person I been dealing with she was curtious transfered me to the service manager who I got his voice mail and no call back for over two hours. I was by that time reporting the incident to the BBB. I am very upset because my mother sits in the hot house when I made the August 2, 2024 from 8a.m. to 12p.m. and they knew I had her cut a/c off and kept calling to advice them she's sitting in the heat. They did absolutely nothing the unit was working fine other then the leak. The repair person is flat out lying saying the unit wasn't working. After no response from the service manager I called back and not meaning to raise my voice to I believe Meagan but because of my being upset over my 89 year old mother did act out of my character. I would bever yell toward a female which I was wrong but the choice word I had for their repairman I do not apologize for. I don't know what he did if anything for the original bill of 320.00 because that unit was working prior to him arriving and he says it wasnt. I know this to be a complete lie. My mother didn't follow him around so we don't know if did if anything. I want reiterate that a/c unit was blowing fine so if it is a plumbing issue my mother was charged for a service not needed or never done. God bless
