I used to like MoHo but NoMo. I would go with my son and he also liked it very much. After my last visit I’m going to have to take it off of my list. I stopped in at 4:00 PM to get a chicken bowl to go. There were no customers which I found odd. The counter person was very good and had good customer service skills. I ordered a bowl, white rice and black beans with grilled chicken along with the usual toppings. After mixing up my bowl I dug to the bottom and got a fork full of rice and beans. The rice was undercooked and hard. I found that strange because their rice is usually cooked right or on the soft side. Next I tried the grilled chicken — so dry and unseasoned. I was literally searching for some sauce to dip the chicken in for flavor. They either overcooked the chicken or it had been sitting there all day. That was all I needed to write off MoHo. The nail to seal door shut was the price of my meal. It had increased considerably since my last visit. Very disappointing.
Idk went yesterday and the short girl with the lashes wouldn’t help me and was texting on her phone and then came up to me after her coworker told her to do so. Had to update, at this point it feels personal. I Uber Eats ordered a quesadilla and it looked like a dog chewed it off and they didn’t give me my sauce. I called them FIVE times bc they wouldn’t answer and said that was a problem for Uber. I’ve worked at a restaurant before, it can easily be adjusted through the restaurant themselves.
