Me e operado dos veces seguidas ahí de la mierda que me han echo y el manager se molesta y no te da solución a los problemas. Los cenos en menos de 6 meses se me callerln y me hice una lipo 360 y al año la rectifique pork no me pusieron caderas como lo pedí … tremenda mierda no se operen ahí

Muy agradecida con su servicio de modern te tratan con respeto como familia desde el primer día me sentí Muy tranquila de estar en sus manos, pero sobre todo muy agradecida con mi masajista que Era un odio Amor pues sabía que me iba a lastimar muchísimo pero salía feliz después del masaje eres la mejor mayde ☺️
My experience here was TERRIBLE. Horrible communications . Il fitting surical faja ( cut me) over charged for things I did not receive !! WORST OF ALL I had to go by ambulance because it was 5 on friday after surgury i was kicked out to esrly from recovery!! I had post op hypothermia . Which could of been avoided had I been kept warm and kept in post op until better. The office then has the nerve to keep a 800 deposit I made for a future surgury Of couse I would not go back to a place that literally shoved me out the door protesting and crying I needed help!!! They apparently need my $800 so bad that they will keep a deposit from someone who doesn’t wish to have a future surgery with them. I put it for dispute with my credit card and because I signed the document they are keeping it.!! Horrible thing to do after everything I went through and because of their negligence, I have a hospital bill and an ambulance bill!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!

This place is terrible.
My girl got her surgery one her and asked for a liposuction of her arms. They dint know have it done though she paid for it. How do you claim you had lipo done to her arms and no incisions were made. I told her to reach out to her nurse Roxy and the lady was nice and said give it some time and it was too early. However, the owner can only act if it’s 6 months. My girl kept complaining about her dissatisfaction and the nurse kept telling her to wait to the 6th month. 6th month came around, the nurse asked for pics and proof of current weight which she sent. The claim the owner or his wife would reach out. They never did. In fact her calls are always kept on hold or dropped. They won’t even refund or for a service not rendered or try to solve the issue.

Te dicen un precio y luego q viajas y estas allí te cambian todooo….es un engaño. A parte te hacen pagar hotel xq no cuentan cn casa recuperación. A mi me dejaron caer sufrí un desmayo estando sola en el cuarto de masaje y me encontraron en el suelo tirada. Además los masajes son costeados por ti. Luego un drenaje se me salió y nunca me lo repusieron. En recovery sin despertar bien te hechan afuera como un animal a tomar uber. La doctora q operó no vuelves a verla mas… mucha negligencia casi te dejan morir y a ellos tu no les importa lo unico q quieren es $$$$$. Me vaciaron las tarjetas 😓. Y no hay vuelta atras. Sientes q te estas muriendo y ellos no les importa esa es la verdad. Este lugar no le recomiendo a nadie. No es lo q parece todo es vender. Huya por su vida y orientense mejor. Soy fiel testigo de lo q sufrí en ese lugar. Queda descalificado. Tampoco te dan evidencia de las fotos el antes y después tu las pides y te contestan por mensaje pero no te dan lo q pides😡…Solo sientes terror y horrible experiencia 🙏. Tu vida vale mucho y no debes arriesgarla y tampoco tus finanzas. Soy testigo xq lo viví y lo sufrí y mucho si estoy viva es xq Dios me dio una oportunidad 🙏

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had. I’m not new to elevating my aesthetic journey. As a Miami girl, born and raised, I’ve had a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck at two different med spas in Miami. Now, I’ve undergone Lipo 360 and a BBL at Modern Plastic Surgery.
From day one, I felt heard and understood regarding what I wanted and the expectations I had. I was treated like family, not just another sale, which was incredibly refreshing. The bedside manner after surgery was amazing. Every time I arrived for a post-op checkup or massage, everyone was extremely nice, greeting me by name and with a smile.

Only issue I had is communication, I was told that I can get 2 procedure that I wanted at the same time..
When I paid and got there it was then that I had to get my blood to 11.9 then it was to 12...
And I got it above levels
Then it was oh no it may cause blood clots.. so at this point I realized they just didn't want to do it.. that's fine at this point I just wanted the surgery they supposed to do and stop being pushed to the end
So, they said you come back in 6 months for the other (mind you I live in NYC hotel is expensive, food trip fusion )
I wasted 750 on fusion anyway what i didn't need plus money for extra week hotel 1500.. when I could had just got the surgery at 10
So, now I have to come back 6 months waste more money if communication, was right I would not had paid for the leg lift would had got it in NYC
But, that's here or there.. they are very kind and professional and NEVER ever ever RUDE.. I am more rude then they could ever be.. ITS the NYC in me and I have to suppress it lol.. I get inpatient and too much New York and they are so sweet like cotton candy..
I was going to get my nose job and face lift here but staying in NYC seems more beneficial for me. This time was stressful
