Great radiator and initially gave 3 stars but i am experiencing really poor customer service. The top cover vent is missing from my £85 radiator which has just been fitted. I have emailed MLR numerous times for the past 2 weeks and only had one response advising no images...seems there is a prob with phones (mine is an android...). I have sent links also to show which piece is missing and have tried calling but just reach voice mail. It would be nice to speak to something about this - all I wished for was the missing part sent! The company to date still haven't got back to me again (they responded once to question what part was missing....) so I have now had to order replacements on line in the hope they will fit. I wouldn't recommend using this company solely because of the lack of communication and customer after care.
