Mod movers are the best movers in all of California. Because of my work nature I have to move to many places. I just moved to Hollister from Monterey and Mod Movers helped me. They were at their best in every aspect. Service, safety , punctuality you name it. I’m very impressed with Jesse and his behavior towards his customers is just impeccable. Nick from Tarpys had recommended me this company and shout out to Nick .

Mod Movers provided us with excellent service today, clearing out our whole house. They were very polite and professional and took great care in packing and wrapping all our things. They were easy and clear to communicate with. Great trustworthy crew and supportive manager. We would definitely use thier services again!

My experience was quite negative. When I got a quote, it seemed to be a moving target. The priced changed from day to day. They were also more expensive than the competition. But what is creepy is that, although it's been years since I got a quote from them, they suddenly started sending me automated marketing emails when I searched for moving companies in the United Kingdom. They've been tracking me and it needs to stop.

DO NOT BOOK MOD MOVERS!!! The manager Jesse Corpus , is a snake who doesn't care about customer service. He over charged for extra hours because his movers could not move everything in 4 hours. They purposely send only two guys so they can say " oh well its gonna take more than 4 hours, we are gonna charge you more hours". Than Instead of making it right and possibly meeting us in the middle , he says no that's the price you have to pay. The guy is a coward and a horrible business person. Do not BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!

WATCH OUT SENIORS! this company gouges seniors, I had a friend who recently moved from Carmel to Monterey and not only did they charge her a signing fee, but they charged her for the move before they even touched anything. She was charged upwards of $23,000 dollars to move from Carmel to Monterey. My friend is in her 80's and she is pretty with it, she did not really have a choice but to use them. I will be contacting my attorney to discuss this move. mod watch out!

The team did an amazing job of packing and loading our whole home and keeping a detailed inventory that was required for our insurance. Alex, Sergio and Javier are not only extremely experienced, efficient and careful, they also are caring, personable and reassuring every step of the way. Jesse and Marlene in the office were also great to work with and reasonable with the pricing. We couldn’t ask for a better team!

I've used Mod Movers on 10+ projects over the past couple of years and they never disappoint. They're prompt with their responses, flexible, attentive, and take care of my clients' belongings as if they're their own. From small moves across town to across the state, they'll safely deliver and it'll always be with a good attitude. Not the best.. First off, they used a 3rd party company for my large move. They arrived in rented trucks (Penske), and a lot of my furniture was damaged, missing pieces, cigarette butts left on driveway, ect. There were some nice guys on the crew, but, Very Sloppy. Might be better for smaller jobs.

The team at Mod Movers did an exceptional job! We moved from a two-story colonial to a single-story home. While we had most of our belongings packed ahead of time, we still had a lot of large, heavy items--and the team handled everything with ease. They were professional, trustworthy, kind, and incredibly careful with our things. On top of that, they were just genuinely nice guys to work with. I highly recommend Mod Movers to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free move!

Terrible- they use a 3rd part dispatcher to communicate and obtain your quote. I clearly explained I needed a very large dresser hoisted down one floor and up one floor at our new house. His movers couldn't do the job, never requested or asked to bring anybody out to solidify the quote was correct, brought incorrect equipment, and accused me putting his moving crew in danger because they brought a hoist that only went up halfway to the second floor?? They still charged my credit card immediately upon leaving our house for full labor and hoisting charges while the job isn't done. They don't know what they are doing. I know have to hire another company to finish the job.

I contracted this business to help me move. They sent one less worker and one who didn't know how to pack or move items to the truck. I have antiques and was told by the owner that they would WRAP and SECURELY MOVE my property. That turned out to NOT BE TRUE. Pack your own items. I found the workers to be unresponsive, careless, rushed (didn't wrap items or even help pack boxes as I WAS TOLD when setting up the order). They quit before everything was packed and moved. They stole some of my valuables which I didn't realize for weeks because the boxes were pushed and stacked against the walls. I must have looked like a convenient target. I will NEVER recommend this company.
