I reached out to MCH to discuss their weight loss program 2 years ago. Joe was incredibly personable during the initial consultation and continued to be a resource once I started the program. It’s amazing with how many patients/clients they have that I do NOT feel like number. Since starting, I’m down 55# and I feel terrific. In April, I hiked Camelback Mtn in Scottsdale and was so proud of myself! (including a “before” picture; my husband had also lost 75# with lifestyle changes)

Brough my phone in to fix the screen. They broke the microphone and claimed it was just a weak signal from my provider. Provider proved it wasn't.

I felt very comfortable right at the start. Brooke was so helpful and friendly. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Really can't say enough good about how I was treated.
I was getting pellets done here for almost a year, my levels got DANGEROUSLY HIGH. And when I contacted the clinic, I was ignored and never responded to after asking why and what is happening. I went to two separate doctors after, both of who said that I was placed with way too many pellets in too short of time, Causing my levels to be dangerously high and risking blood clots!
IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND HEALTH DO NOT GO HERE! They clearly only care about when you're spending money, but not after the fact!
Also, this clinic is not even being ran by an actual doctor, He is a NURSE PRACTITIONER.

Outstanding medical care and tailored to my personal needs and requests.
I have been their patient for a little over a month and I am not an easy patient. I have many serious health conditions that are ongoing but they are able to manage them ALL. And do it in such a professional manner. And quickly! They have changed the quality of my life significantly in such a short period of time! I am beyond grateful. They will forever be my doctors I will always be a patient of theirs.
Without them I would have been in the ER multiple times and even with health insurance it would have costed so much more, so on top of them literally saving me, they have saved me money as well!
Just so you know They have everything an ER does.
Every aspect of working with Dr Jake has been terrific. The process of getting and having appointments, medication reviews and lab work has been so smooth. I have never felt better and I owe it to the excellent care I have received.
