Ray was professional and walked us through what he was going to do before doing it. He took before and after pictures which were helpful to affirm what we were noticing in terms of dust accumulation.
The price was HIGH and not what we were expecting (based on original coupon) but Ray explained what the additional costs were and why it would be helpful to add on additional services and we ended up being comfortable with the charge.
Ray was thorough, very polite and personable, took his time…didn’t rush from room to room, etc. We were happy with the service we received and even more happy with Ray.
I find your marketing is misleading. I’m not knowledgeable with air duct cleaning, so when I saw $299 for the entire house, I was expecting that is what I would get. It cost me another $199 to have the ‘main line’ cleaned. Clearly, if I did not include the main line, the vent cleaning would not be worth it. If your company was honest, you would advertise the $500 price.
Included in the price was a dryer vent cleaning, which is why we hired you in the first place. This was put off to the very end, after all the equipment was loaded up on the truck. I did not know my dryer hose was not connected to the outside vent until we went outside and looked for the vent. During this search, I found the disconnected hose. I held the hose to the outside vent with a very tight seal. Your representative could not find the vent, told me there was nothing he could do. It was clear, all he wanted to do was to get off our property, and on to the next job.
I spent 10 minutes getting the dryer hose hooked up to the outside vent. Went outside and immediately found the exhaust. Before we started the vent cleaning, I pointed this vent out to him because it was broken. He was long gone.
Your representative spent hours in my home. All I needed was 10 more minutes. All I needed was a review of the dryer vent before we started. I would have had time to fix the issue.
I called your main office and they would reach out to him. Never Heard Back…
I am very displeased with the misleading marketing and my dirty dryer vent.
My appointment time was set for 9AM-12PM. I received a text at 8:45AM, stating that my technician was en route. Nearly 2 hours later, nobody had arrived. I called the company, and was informed that my technician had been in a minor accident, and that they were sending an alternate person, who should arrive in about 20 minutes. 2 hours later, still nobody had arrived. I then got another update that a tech was en route. Technician Ray Watson eventually showed up, at 12:45PM, explaining that they called him in on his day off. He was apologetic and thoroughly professional. He spent 4 hours cleaning our ducts. Ray is an amazing worker.
That being said, this company falsely advertises a whole house air vent cleaning, which includes: All supply vents, all return vents, before and after pictures taken and emailed, and ABSOLUTELY NO HIDDEN COSTS, for $299. The tech informed me that this does not include the trunk vents, which connect to the house vents. This, he explained, is where the most dust accumulates, and without that and the furnace blower being cleaned, the system would continue to blow dust into the vents. The trunk vents cleaning would cost an additional $199. I demanded that the tech contact his office, to dispute this additional charge. Justin at the office explained that this additional fee was not part of the coupon offer, despite the no hidden cost clause. I advised Justin that I would never be using their company again, but agreed to pay the additional fee due to having spent a few hours preparing our vents for access by their company, and already having lost several hours waiting for them to show up.
This is bait and switch tactics, in my opinion. You are trapped into doing what is right, to complete the job you originally agreed to as an all-inclusive deal.
My technician was very professional and thorough. He even pointed out area I could clean on my own if I preferred. He thoroughly cleaned and sanitized my ducts and vents and A/C and the end result was amazing! Definitely a worthwhile home maintenance project. I couldn't believe how much debris had accumulated. Now its all gone.
Ray cleaned my dryer vent. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He took before and after pictures of the vent so that I could see the results of the cleaning. Great job and reasonable price for the service!
We recently scheduled service to have our air ducts cleaned. Ray came out to our house, was very thorough, showed me the before and after pictures of what was being cleaned, and talked me through the whole process. Was very happy with the results and would recommend!
Ray did a fantastic Job, which is the reason for this 5 star review. He was honest and took his time doing solid work. One thing that I didn't care for was that my ducts and vents we're the set price, but the trunks were an additional $200, and the furnace blower fan was a $350 extra charge. I didn't do either of these, but I wish the sales person on the phone would've mentioned this while I was asking him about any possible "extras"... I ended up not needing the trunks cleaned, and will do the furnace blower myself. With that being said, Ray did a 10/10 job, and didn't try to upsell me. Just wish I knew about the extra costs upfront, especially after I asked.
Aparently whole house air vent cleaning doesn't mean all the ducts used for air will be clean. The technician offered me to clean the main ducts for 199$ more. total i paid 506$ and it would be understandable if it would be clean at the end but it wasnt!
All together it took about 40 min to be done. Sloppy job!
One of the vents that goes outside wasn't even touched.
Next day I had the new AC and furnace installed guess what, the new air filter had about a galon of dust after the furnace worked about 30 min.

He took the time to explain the process and how stuff works to someone who knows nothing about hvac, which I appreciated. Kind and friendly, would recommend this company to anyone and will use for future hvac needs. He offered additional options from what I had from a coupon mailer, which is pretty much the standard for the trades, but he wasn’t pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Honest and trustworthy! Even the call center lady who booked the appointment was very friendly and gave a 3 hour window, which again, is always a pain point for trades companies. Thank you!
