Complete waste of time. I called these clowns directly after hurricane Beryl 🌀 and And set up an appointment for them to come to visit my job site. Not only did they not come - completely shady and unprofessional! They don't answer the phone. They don't respond. And I highly recommend that anyone in the houston area avoid using these unscrupulous and unreliable wasters of time. Good riddance!

John Sims and his crew did an amazing and quick work replacing our roof. John made the entire process so effortless and it was a pleasure to work with him.

Our agents, Warren and Joe, have been fantastic in answering all our queries and providing us with a competitive rate. The team arrived early, completed the roof in just one day, and left the area spotless. Thank you to the agents and the team for another great job. I consulted multiple roofing companies before decided to go with M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows. The agent, Crystal, was extremely professional, descriptive, and explained to me all the process if I were to go with this company. Crystal explained in detail what kind of roof she would recommend and why. After the consultation, she provided me an estimate of the cost. Being a first-time homeowner, I want to be extra careful when it comes to roofing. To me, the roof is the main core of the house. The job was completed in one day. The team followed up with me to ensure that I am pleased with the work. I would recommend M&M Roofing, Siding, and Windows to anyone who needs a new roof.

I purchased my home without inspection and needed an honest opinion on its integrity. William, took pictures of my roof, explained to me about the quality of work that had been, took the time to explain the material and how the roof was layered, and was very thorough. Most importantly HE WAS HONEST. He didn’t try to tell me my roof needed any fixing, or sell me anything. I’m very grateful for that honesty, and HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them!

I have used M & M roofing for 16 years. They have always done an exceptional job. But I wanted to write this review because the last two weeks; they went beyond any person could ask. Mike Monicure has taken care of my roof needs for years. He is incredibly trustworthy and has told me not to change roof in the past because it had more years to last. So this last two weeks with the storms, I have had roof damage. Within a two day period they patched the old part of my roof on an addition that a contractor installed and Mike didn’t charge me. I am planning to have it replaced with them later this summer. Again, they fix things others do improperly. And then this week, one of my exhaust vents leaked during a storm. The roof vent was put in my another company and they didn’t do it properly. Mike came the next day and that afternoon his team came and fixed it before the rain yesterday. Same day service, and his team is amazing! I can’t tell you the relief of having a company that one can trust and tries to help you. I will not use any other roofing company and have learned to insist with a contractor or any other company that I use that M&M does the roofing work. Thank you for your amazing customer care!

Excellent workmanship. Crew started early am and finished within 6-7hrs (small roof townhome). Everything was cleaned up nice and tidy as if they were never there. Salesman Joe A. was very professional and knew his products. Promised date was not missed and paperwork followed thru timely. Received decent discount from home insurance. Give M&M Roofing a chance to earn your business. Ask for Joe A.

The side of my house had significant damage due to water from the AC, rain, and even a squirrel that chewed the wooden siding. Additionally, the damaged siding was on the second floor above a glass roof, making access difficult. When I called M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows, Mr. Connor Murphy came to provide a quote. He was very caring and offered great consultation regarding the repairs. Connor presented me with two options, allowing me to choose the one that best fit my budget. Although it took a little while for them to come because they were busy with other jobs, their team arrived even sooner than the scheduled date. I worked John from M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows on roof and siding repairs and I couldn't be happier. These repairs were more like major upgrades based on the high quality craftsmanship. John and his crews are skilled professionals. John ensured that both jobs were completed on time, on budget and certified by a qualified TDI inspector. I received the WPI-8 certificates of compliance from John today, less than 2 weeks after both jobs were completed. I will be definitely contacting John from M&M Roofing regarding future projects.

Jose with M&M Roofing inspected my roof and performed some repairs. He was very responsive and professional. He even back later to do an additional repair at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend M&M.

Crystal Cantu and M&M did a fantastic job on my house. They repaired siding/soffits/fascia, replaced gutters, replaced the roof, and repainted the exterior of the house. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, did exceptional work, and cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished. Crystal was always available to answer my questions, kept us appraised of when the different crews would be completing each task, and made sure everything ran smoothly. I would certainly use M&M Roofing again in the future.

In addition to needing a new roof, my house had issues with rotting facia and peeling paint. M&M did an excellent job on the wood repairs and painting. They also did an excellent job replacing the roof. Greg Vincent was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowlegable and oversaw all of the work. If you need a new roof, I would urge you to get a quote from M&M before choosing a company. I was extremely pleased with their work!
