I contacted M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows for a quote for a new roof since they had done some previous work on my roof and I was very pleased with it. Mike gave me a very reasonable quote for the work & warranty needed. They had the materials delivered and roof installed in a very timely manner and everything was done in a very professional manner. The roof looks great and the clean up was outstanding. I highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows for all your roofing needs.
My wife and I are satisfied with the new siding installed by M&M. Greg Vincent is a great guy and thoroughly explained the scope of work. They send pictures as the work is getting completed, and it’s definitely a plus! Oscar, the crew leader, made sure everything was done per the scope and also ensures no rotten piece of wood was left underneath. Hats off to Greg & Oscar for the way they completed this project!
We just completed the replacement of our siding, roof, and exterior paint and couldn't be happier with Joe, Caesar, and the rest of the team at M&M. Their communication and transparency were top-notch and the quality of their work was superb - fast but no corners were cut. They left our house and lawn clean every day (even bringing out a metal detector to make sure there were no nails). They also did a great job with walking through and making sure any last details were addressed. From the first meeting, we got a good feeling about them as Joe seems very honest - and that gut instinct was born out in our continued interactions with him. Very relieved that things went as smoothly as they did with our old house. I would not hesitate to recommend and refer friends and neighbors. Our old house looks brand new. Thank you!
M&M has done extensive work on my home, and every experience has been exceptional. The previous owner used them to install all new Hardie board siding, which still looks fantastic. I later hired them to replace the entire roof around 2020/2021, and the quality of the work was excellent.
Most recently, they came out to caulk window gaps and help locate gas piping hidden behind the walls (the house was piped but never had service, so everything had been covered since it was built). They were easy to communicate with, thorough, and extremely helpful. Overall, M&M consistently provides high-quality work and they’re just genuinely good people to work with.

I had a small hole in my roof that raccoons and possums ripped open and entered my attic. I first called an exterminator that advised that they wouldn’t be able to repair the issue on my roof because of where it was located. I then called a roofing company that said they could not fix my problem . I then called M&M Roofing who sent Agapito to look at the problem. He not only gave me a temporary repair that kept the vermin out of my attic, he came back a week later and permanently fixed the problem.Great work and much appreciated!

This was my fathers property, which was repaired before the slorm of 2017, 2018 or 2019. I had the work done while i was in DC wotking. The only thimg I did not like was the gutters were white and did not match the color of maroon trim like the rest of house.. I tried to get it changed but didn't get any cooperation.

M&M had previously replaced my kitchen skylites, so I knew the company and Mike McCollum. I let a cold calling business inspect my old roof. They came back with a very large scope of work with a price to match. Not acceptable.
So, time to call Mike. We chose an insulating underlayment and high quality shingles as an affordable improvement over the basic standard. M&M field teams are qualified, efficient and prompt. The do the work they contract to do without issue. It’s fine to get bids; just avoid the guys with paper truck tags and a strong desire to deal in cash. Roofing is a serious craft. Don’t go cheap and then regret it.

I am so delighted with my new roof and new gutters from M&M. They combined the benefits of a large company (material selection, staffing, drone photos, coordination with inspectors/insurance) with the individual attention of a small company, addressing my concerns, schedule, and finances. My project manager, Tamara McCollom, stayed in touch with me at every step, was present at the job site every day, and effectively oversaw the careful, expert crew who worked long days to beat the upcoming rain. They hand nailed the shingles, kept the site clean (I have yet to find a roofing tack), and treated me like their best customer. One particular feature Tamara offered was the Lo E Therma Sheet, which goes under the shingles and reflects heat from the roof. It has made an incredible difference in lowering the interior temperature of my house. Tamara was up on the roof working with my insurance inspector, and I’m sure her great communication skills and thoroughness in pointing out all the damage are responsible for my receiving an insurance settlement that would actually cover the job. My gutters were considerably larger and better spaced than the ones they replaced. They came with gutter guards, so no cleaning! I no longer have rain pooling around my patio and front yard! I would not hesitate to recommend Tamara and M&M to all my friends.

The previous owner of our house got the cheapest roof replacement he could find. Between being poorly done and some serious damage caused by critters, our roof was in bad shape and leaking. I had started the process of getting bids for a new roof when I got a call from M&M roofing. They had done siding work on my house over 10 years ago and were reaching out to previous clients to see if they needed any work done. I looked through my house file, saw that M&M Roofing and Siding had done work for me before and I hadn’t had a problem with the siding since their repair. I try to do at least 3 estimates for a job this big, I had 2 and decided that I would have M&M give me the third estimate. I met with Cameron Akhtari and discussed the roof issues. Cameron listened to what I thought the issues were and answered my questions, he checked the roof(including with drone views) and was clear about his findings, recommendations, options and price. The price was in line with other quotes I had received and M&M had good reviews, so I chose M&M to do the work. Cameron kept me well informed of starting dates and times, the crew showed up early and got the job done on time and for the price quoted. The crew was courteous and worked the entire day. They took care with landscaping and even covered the pool to make sure that roof debris didn’t get into the pool. The crew took great care to make sure everything was cleaned up, no roofing material was left around and that nails were collected from the driveway and grass after the work was completed. Cameron was there during the work and came the next day to make sure they’d gotten all the nails and any debris and to review the work with me. This was my first time dealing with an entire roof replacement - M&M Roofing and Cameron, handled the job quickly, efficiently and neatly and the roof looks great! I highly recommend M&M roofers.
