We had John Specion with M&M Roofing Siding and Windows come to our home in League City to look at our Chimney siding that was falling off. He quicky determined what was going on and provided a plan to make the repairs. John provided us with a good description of the work required and provided a very fair quote to make the repairs and install new James Hardie Siding on the chimney. The repairs, replacement of the James Hardie Siding and painting were complete in a very reasonable time and in a professional manner. John stopped by several times during the process to ensure everything was going as planned and to make sure we were aware of everything that was being done. The work crew was very professional and completed the project to our satisfaction and cleaned up the area very well after the completion of the project.

M&M Roofing executed 95 percent of a small project on a very tight deadline (the remainder of the project can be done later). A special thank you to Crystal Cantù for making this happen. The quality of the work was great.

Tamara McCollom and her team just completed a roof replacement job for me. They did excellently well. I was especially impressed by their professionalism and honesty. They were thorough too. They took before and after photos to show me. Also, Tamara stopped by to check the work that her guys did to ensure it was great and I was satisfied. If you are looking for a skillful roof coy with integrity and low costs, look no further. I know l will be using Tamara McCollom again.

M&M performed roof repairs and fixed some attic ventilation issues we were having. They were very reasonably priced and performed the work in a timely manner. Cameron was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process.

I cannot recommend M&M enough. We were so impressed from day one with their professionalism. I submitted an inquiry online and got a phone call to arrange a site visit within minutes. Our sales rep, Greg, then called to confirm our appointment and texted the day before as well to confirm. When Greg arrived, he was extremely thorough with his inspection of our roof and then gave us several detailed proposals same day. He took the time to explain every detail with us. We are first time homeowners so we didn’t have much knowledge about roofs. Greg was patient and answered all of our questions. When it was time to book, we never had any issues getting ahold of Greg. He was very responsive and quickly got us on the books. Day of, the crew arrived early and took special care to lay out tarps to protect our ground and flowerbed. We had a little hiccup with permitting but that didn’t slow the team down. Even when waiting on our city, the team paced our yard to look for scraps of roof and nails. When we thought they were done, Greg went through and combed our entire backyard with a magnet to pickup stray nails. We have a toddler and love playing outside, so this was a huge relief to us. There are a million roofing companies you can choose from, but if you’re looking for a company who is fair, does a great job, and truly cares, M&M is who you need.

We were worried about an issue with our roof, so we contacted M&M - Allen came out to assess what was going on and provide us with next steps. He was honest with us and told us, after thorough review, that our roof did not need any work done to it at this time. It was such a relief to get his perspective! We feel blessed by his candor and expertise - it earned him and M&M our future business.

We had M&M install Hardi siding and a new roof on our house. They did a great job. We recommended M&M to our neighbors and their new siding installed by M&M looks great too. They worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. We were stoked with their nice work and had them install new windows and siding on our daughter's house next ! They did a great job on her house too. Their carpenters know what they are doing and take pride in a quality job. Three houses, three jobs- all good !

We contacted M&M Roofing Siding & Windows last year to do a full home makeover; siding, windows, roof and gutters, and couldn’t be happier with the finished results! Working with John Specion was such a great experience. He never failed to share his knowledge and explain things in a way that it was like hearing info from my dad. He helped us with our siding choice on account of the area we live (Texas City), and his crews made quick work of the entire home. The crew was always respectful, very friendly, and did fantastic work. I would highly recommend John and the company to anyone that needs home improvements!

We recently had repairs done on our roof in Spring and they did a great job! Rick was very professional and came out and gave us a quote and visited again after the work was done to inspect it. We are also pleased with the gentleman who made the repairs. He worked a long time and was friendly!

M & M Roofing did a great job. They replaced a few shingles that blew off during the recent high winds. They are professional and kept in contact with me regarding the repair. I would recommend them for any roofing job.

I needed to replace some siding and repaint the entire exterior of my 2 story house. It hadn’t been painted in many years. We also wanted a slight color change. I asked M&M and other companies for bids. Crystal Cantu was the sales rep for M&M. In the end, it came down to M&M and one other bidder. They were close in price, so my deciding factor was going to be quality/craftsmanship and customer service. (I am a very particular customer.) I did my homework and due-diligence on both contractors. The tie-breaker was the very strong recommendation of a friend that is just as particular as I am, who used M&M on a job 2 years ago. So, I hired them and Crystal became the project manager. She arranged for Luis’ crew to do the work. From start to finish, it was clear that Luis’ crew was committed to doing a high quality job. The siding repairs/replacement, preparing the surface for painting (caulking, filling nail holes, pressure washing, re-nailing trim pieces), etc, were all done to the same standard I’d have done myself. Throughout the job, the crew worked as experienced craftsmen and showed real pride in their work - and the workmanship was outstanding. The paint job looks great! Here are some details so you can get a sense of how M&M does business …. 1) At one point, Luis realized my chimney needed to be completely re-sided - the basic repair we had planned/costed was not going to be sufficient. Crystal had warned me up-front that this could happen. So I was not caught off guard when there was an additional charge. 2) Another time, I realized something needed to be painted that Crystal and I had never discussed. When I asked her to give me a price to do that work, it turned out that she had already included that work in her initial bid - she was THAT thorough in her estimating. 3) Finally, Crystal noticed a small gap underneath a bay window that should have been closed/filled by the original builder. So she had her crew install/paint a trim piece to close the gap, at no additional charge. When the work was nearly done, Crystal did a careful personal inspection. Again, she’s thorough and knows what to look for. She caught a few things that I missed in my own inspection and got them corrected. I am extremely pleased with the work M&M did for me. I expect to hire them again when I’m ready to re-roof next year.
