William Robb came out to my house to inspect my shingle roof. He found 2 damaged areas and wrote me a proposal for repair on the spot. I signed up for the repair and the work was completed quickly and clean up was excellent. I would recommend M&M because they provide great quality at a competitive price.

William Robb has excellent customer service and helped with things I wasn’t even aware would be part of his practice in tending to my hail claim. He was professional, made sure to have my insurance company include everything that was needed to complete services appropriately in my claim and protect my home for many years to come. I have a GAF roof now with a golden pledge warranty. I didn’t know when I built the home what the quality of the roof was recommended and he helped explain this thoroughly. The install was exactly what it needed to be and he even checked my neighbors and my backyard and front yard to make sure our pets would not be hurt by construction debris from the roof removal. He’s incredibly thoughtful and I appreciate the care and attention to details that he’s taken to finish the work needed.

Here are the before and after pictures. My chimney was damaged by raccoons that invaded that space. The animals had torn off the trimming and siding, so i had a handyman cover it with sheets of metal and trimming until i could get it repaired. I had this for a couple of years until the HOA sent me a letter for the violation. I did get quotes from other businesses and M&M was the best price. They did a good job, they finished it in one day and even repainted it for free. The siding used was the concrete type i think. The HOA also took away the violation as well on the same afternoon that M&M finished the repairs. Thank you!

Travis and M&M did such an amazing job with new roofing, soffits, gutters and siding at our 100 year old house a few years back. We had them back out this year to patch up a hole in our garage apartment siding and it looks good as new. Travis took a great deal of time making sure the job was done correctly and that the results were outstanding. Can’t say enough good about this company and the expertise they bring to the job!

William Robb was our sales representative and was very responsive in communicating with us regarding our needs. I’m a general contractor that specializes in log and timber homes in Texas. We did have some supply issues but our clients preferred the wait to secure the quality and service we expect. I’ll recommend M&M to anyone who wants top service and warranties that count.

I don't think replacing a roof is ever a fun experience, but William at M&M roofing did everything he could to make it painless. They were extremely responsive, quick to provide updates, and the installation crew was amazing. I would definitely refer M&M in the future or reach out again should I need any future repairs.

Very satisfied. Met with Will Robb on a Tuesday and he was able to schedule the work to begin the following Monday at a reasonable price. I have a investment property with T1-11 wood panel siding. The T1-11 was beginning to show signs of rot in different areas. I explained to Will that it was not in the budget to replace all the siding with the more durable cement fiber composite at this time. He accommodated my wishes and had crew leader David Nino focus on repairing those areas needing repair or replace. David did an amazing job blending the new with the old. David did a seamless job giving me about 10 more years of life to the T1-11.

I submitted a request for an estimate via M&M's website for a minor roof issue I had noticed. Within an hour I had an estimate scheduled for the following day. I received multiple confirmations including when my service professional was on his way. Will Robb was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Best of all, he was not only able to assess the issue and the overall state of my roof, he was able to fix the issue at the same visit. In total, the service was professional, efficient, and great value. I will definitely be using M&M if I have any further issues with my roof.
