Years of Good MMJ Experiences
Hi there. I've see a lot of reviews on the negative experiences people have had with MMJ express so I wanted to make a review to explain how MMJ dealt with my issues over the years.
I've been ordering from MMJ since probably about 2020 during all the covid and postal strike issues and each time something came up it was resolved within 2 weeks. 2 of my packages were lost in postal and a third payment was halted due to their email suspected of fraud but each lost package was resent after going through the proper channels and they emailed me about the payment being halted before even the bank did so I knew what was going on. That's probably 600 to 700$ worth of resent stuff when the original packages couldn't be found, which most companies wouldn't cover. I have also talked with their agents about the current option for lost package insurance and I have messages saved confirming that if you don't pay for it that doesn't mean they wont try to resend it to you it just means you will have to wait the few weeks while the paperwork is being done to confirm its actually missing rather then getting it resent the day you noticed an issue when it didn't arrive (because you paid for the insurance). For me having gone through the wait before and knowing it was resolved that means i don't worry about paying the lost package insurance and so far every package I've ordered since they implemented that has come with no arrival issues.
I have had a few products with issues others mentioned like one leaking vape and a 3000mg mushroom edible that had no effect after eating the entire thing, but with these products you can tell they are coming from some specific brand name location that makes that stuff while the straight bud, shrooms, and other non edible concentrates you break up or add yourself are done by MMJ and have just a basic labeling sticker. I have never had an issue with the MMJ products themselves and after issues with something from a specific brand they sell I just don't get that brand again. For example i tired the straight goods company 6mg dual vape after the first brand i got leaked (cant remember the first brand but it had some sort of air hole on the bottom it leaked from) and ever since there's been no leaks after months of trying multiple flavors with the new vapes through straight goods which don't have the some air flow hole designed on the bottom of their vapes. As for the first leaking product it is still the same concentrate after and using a dab rig the product could still be smoked easily. As for the not working edible it comes to doing your research. I looked it up and shrooms drastically lose their properties when added to any heat so edibles and teas and chocolates and the amount of time you've held onto those things will all impact it having less potency. Basically their are scientific reasons certain items wont be as effective and with the amount of items MMJ stocks to try out you just have to do some trial and error for what effects you want and if you still got the product then it cant always be expected to be reimbursed. They also send out free gifts with purchases high enough and their constant deals often make up for the couple of items that have been disappointing. I have also tried other companies and in person stores and private dealers and of them all MMJ has the best range of options and prices and I continue to buy hundreds worth of products from them just about every month with no issue in years.
If your hesitant about trying a company like this online, MMJ is the best one to give a chance. I was hesitant at first too but now my family orders it from all over Canada, and I wouldn't have stayed with MMJ this long if any one of them had told me they had felt screwed over or had unresolved issues.
