Customer service with MMJ Express is excellent with 24/7 live chat – this is a major plus as we buy our weed at all hours of the day (we’re sure we’re not the only ones). We found the response time to be almost instant which was fantastic. The service agent was well-informed and very friendly, answering all our questions and adding to a great shopping experience. When we tested out the email, we did have to wait about a day and half for a response which is pretty decent.
