Hands down the best CRM I've come across. Its intuitive interface streamlines our workflow. Mloflo stands out thanks to its exceptional customer support, especially Huan! They have consistently been responsive and helpful, ensuring every question is addressed promptly and going above and beyond to assist me in getting the most out of the platform. Spencer has been great too.

Just getting onboarded right now, but wanted to comment on the incredible support that Spencer, Huan and Parker have provided. The way this is set up is about as user friendly as it can be with all this functionality. There are some things that need to be changed in the client-facing application, but I have all the confidence that these guys are always improving this system.

N/a Fake reviews. After I paid $400 for the buggiest CRM I have ever used. They refused to issue a refund a week after creating an account. The absolute worse. Stay away and save your money.

The first CRM I can actually use without having a degree in CRM and the reason is the support staff! The layout and set-up is relatively simple and intuitive unlike most CRM's. But the differentiator is having employees like Spencer with a servants heart, willing and able to help, explain, and teach how to "fish"/use the CRM.

I'm loving MLO Flo. I've tried several of the other non-industry specific CRMs, but they all proved to be far too complicated and/or just didn't work for my purposes as a mortgage broker. MLO Flo is designed specifically for mortgage brokers and provides an excellent framework that can be built out and customized in the way I want/need. Plus, the training and support provided with the subscription is on-point. Shout out to Spencer. Very grateful.

We just signed up with MLOFLO, after getting multiple recommendations from them on NEXA internal. We sat with multiple CRM providers, and as far as the services offered, transparency of the product and resulting costs, price for value, well as the functionality of the product it's self, it was hands down the winner. Most importantly, our Sales Rep, Jack K. was an absoulute rock star. He was transparent, clear, and comprehensive in covering his pitch. I highly reccommend requesting him for your sit, to make an informed decision, and fully understand the benefits of the system. *update Went through onboarding, and continue to be just as impressed with the back end: for anyone who has purchased tech, you know what a struggle this could be. Parker and his team were incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with, helped us customize everything to fit with our brand and way of working within a CRM, answered all questions, and provided an all around great experience, with zero shortcuts on the quality of the product or service. Everything is exactly as promised, with no shorting on service, hidden fees, and an incredibly streamlined, visually attractive, and intuitive system to work in. These guys are absolute pros and heads above the competition. ** updated update. Tyla in the back end is an absolute rockstar. She solves not only your current problem, but infers adjustments you don't even know you need yet, and nails it. She is an absolute pleasure to work with all around, values your time, sets you up for success. I highly reccommend you request her as your rep.

So often when you sign up for new tech, you end your meeting with the sales team completely pumped, when you meet with onboarding you start to hit a few bumps, and by the time you get to the back end support the wheels completely come off. That's part of what makes MloFlo so different. From start to finish, the team and product has been fantastic (Shout-outs to Jack and Parker here as well). We've been working with Tyla on the back end, and she is an absolute rock star. She is knowledgeable, realistic in setting expectations, and honest while giving credence to your concerns. She also makes the process fun: you will legitimately look forward to your meetings with her. But most importantly, when trying to solve the issues you are currently having, not she is amazing at coming up with fixes to your current problem, while extrapolating to understand your future problem, and just fixes that too. I cannot understate how amazing that is. She is patient, and while setting expectations to set you up for success. I literally say everyday how happy I am I signed up and how much more I love this CRM than anything I've tried before. In a tight market, we're all needing to make sure we invest effectively in our businesses, and this is it. 14/10, would recommend MLOFLO.

Paid for Fake Reviews. Terrible CRM Trash. I used them for months and it was nothing but bugs, lack of features that you realize when using it, poor quality tech support. It would send 2-6 of the same text messages at once to the same lead, hundreds of leads. My number got marked as spam first week because of it. All their positive reviews on google are fraudulent. They literally pay people to leave reviews. They started to get hit with bad reviews from customers then a month later started a reward for reviews contest. Thats why all their reviews are within a short time span. I have emails of them putting a content on to earn amazon gift cards for 5 Star reviews on all platforms. Their CRM is way overpriced too. I'd checkout The Rad CRM, Go High Level, Bonzo, etc. All better than this garbage.
