Although we didn’t move forward with the project due to budget constraints, I had a great experience working with Joel . Joel personally came to our home with a variety of samples and took the time to walk us through all the options. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I truly appreciated his no-pressure approach and his willingness to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality window treatments and excellent service!

Made in the Shade did a great job replacing a broken shade that matches other shades in room. Had a roller shade and grill shade added to patio door to keep out sun, turned out better than expected

I can highly recommend Made in the Shade. Joel was very responsive when I initially reached out and through the process to install. I did add more windows after the initial order (twice actually) and he was quick to come back and measure to get the orders going. I initially met with another company in the area and Joel as another option but felt most comfortable with him and his options offered.

I am so pleased with our window shades! They look wonderful and are exactly what we wanted. Joel was great to work with as well. We were able to set up an appointment to come to our home same day and we had our shades 2 weeks later! He was very timely with his response time as well when I had questions. Stickler Construction rebuilt our existing deck and installed a roof. When the afternoon sun hit the deck the glare was to great. Made in the Shade installed custom shades on the north and west side of the deck blocking 97% of the sun/glare. The quality of the shade product was fantastic! Highly recommend Made in the Shade.

The quality of how they packaged the shipment was impressive. The order was dropped ship to my home and the driver was helpful and professional. Not one scratch. The quality was better than expected. The detail of labels of each shutter and parts was very helpful. These were plantation shutters and they look great, they really dressed up all the rooms. Overall good product and they look great.

Caleb came out to take measurements and give us a quote. He showed up when he said he would and was helpful in showing my wife the various options she could order. We received the quote in a timely manner. The shades had to be ordered and Caleb continued to keep us in the loop until he got us scheduled. They were efficient in their install and finished in a reasonable amount of time. The correct product was delivered and their work quality is fantastic. I would recommend Made In The Shade to anyone with confidence.
