We had a very disappointing experience with this company. We paid extra for wall wiping and steam cleaning, but none of the walls appeared to have been cleaned, and the carpets were still left dirty. The kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms were also not cleaned properly.
We requested a rectification, however the cleaner arrived with only a roll of paper towel and standard supermarket spray. When we asked for the toilet and shower watermarks to be properly cleaned, the cleaner advised that this was “not included” as part of an end-of-lease clean.
Overall, this was the worst cleaning service experience we have ever had, especially considering the additional services we paid for and the pricing, which is considerably higher than other companies.
Outstanding cleaning results!
Mint cleaning service exceeded all my expectations! Initially, I thought four hours would suffice, but their recommendation of eight hours was absolutely spot-on for the spring clean i wanted. The results were incredible—kitchen cabinets, doors, floors, and bathrooms are all spotless. I could have settled for a basic clean, but the detailed attention they provided in eight hours was worth every minute. Their expertise truly shines, and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know!

Used this service once and that was enough. The overall standard was below expectations and did not represent good value for money. Basic cleaning tasks required follow up, for example vacuuming a whole room, moving light items to clean properly underneath, and using excessive water when mopping. Courtesy was also lacking, including turning on the air con without checking first.
I understand I may have been unlucky with the cleaners allocated. The booking process was smooth, however it is disappointing that there is no guarantee of a return visit if the cleaning is below standard.
Booked for couch and rug cleaning at $230. Cleaning equipment and and skill was amateur - did not provide full cleaning of either, instead attempting to scrub a couple of stains and leeft the couch and rug almost completely dry and untouched otherwise. In my experience a bettrr clean can be done by hiring a Bunnings carpet cleaning machine and doing it youself. Cleaner would not speak to or interact with woman present at the house
only the man. Left early to attend another booking and didn't finish job.
No response from admin when phoned and emailed.

I have found the service and flexibility by mint cleaning to be precisely what I need. I am very happy with their communication and the cleaning standard of the service! Recommend them for anyone who is busy with life as their support really helps me!

So happy and so impressed! I chose Mint out of others I contacted because Chris has consistently been so responsive and patiently answered all my initial questions (I’d never used a cleaning service before).
Both times the Cleaners have arrived on time and done an excellent job! My bathroom is shiny and clean, the floors look great and by the time they’re done, my whole home space feels so light and airy.
Due to health, I’ve had to concede I can’t do certain things for myself anymore right now, and the judgement-free support from Chris and his Cleaners is wonderful.
The Cleaners are thorough, efficient, and divide and conquer appropriately and tackle things together too. They have their routine and mojo all worked out and they’re very happy to discuss any cleaning on-site if I enquire or point something out. The conversation is very friendly too.
I also feel like my needs have been heard, respected and met every step of the way by the company and their Cleaners as well.
Honestly, very happy with the service and happy to keep using them week after week!

Want to say a huge thanks 🙏, to the team at Mint Cleaning! They fit me in so last minute in an urgent situation and couldn’t have been more helpful as well as doing such a lovely cleaning job. Fuss free to deal with and definitely recommend. And also cleaner are very nice and they did very good job.
Cleaners didn't listen when told to ignore spare rooms and focus on kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Didn't close doors to sweep/vacuum behind them. Paid extra for dish washing and dishwasher emptying - cutlery was washed but placed in a dirty Tupperware container to dry. Dishwasher was not emptied. Bins not emptied. Two days after clean found the bin from the study hidden in the hall cupboard (still full). Also they didn't clean shower screens, but did spray something on the shower tile that has bleached in the pattern of dripping streaks...
We were offered a $40 refund of the $260 we paid, but definitely would not recommend 😞
I Highly recommended Mint Cleaning Group. They look after my Dad cleaning every fortnight. Excellent cleaning standards , efficient, caring, and very reliable. I always get a text of confirmation of day and time. Always on time, and great communication if running late or any changes to arrival time. My friends want to get them too ! Fantastic end of lease clean. The cleaners were extremely thorough and I received my bond back with no issues raised at all. Mint Cleaning were also very easy to communicate with and accommodating when I required extra services at short notice.
