Please do not hire Ministry - you're risking work that is unsafe/potentially hazardous to you and your family as well as supporting abusive labor practices.
I know of a few instances that they were so hard up for cash because they had screwed up or delayed a project where they had to pay employees late or have asked employees to work for free which is against labor law.
Ministry does not follow OSHA standards for lead & asbestos testing.
If you've had paint or material with paint on it removed from your home and it was built pre-1978 you should have received lead safe paperwork. Additional paperwork should have also been posted on your window.
If your home was built pre-2004 and they need to remove tile, shingles, roofing underlayment, sand a popcorn ceiling, and a wide variety of other things asbestos testing should be performed. I never witnessed this and in one case specifically requested it and was ignored along with another senior employee.
Ministry construction is one of the best home remodel company’s in Eugene and Springfield area. Free bids, and bids include cost of materials as well. They were able to turn around a trashed two story condo, total house flip in about a month For my grandmother. The guys on the team did such an amazing job the condo sold within the first day of open house for ABOVE asking price. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing house work done! They have respectful, highly trained and compassionate guys that LOVE what they do. Will not be going to any other company for any jobs we need done. ?? FIVE STAR
This Guy and his business are a Complete Joke he was hired to fix a few nails on the exterior of our house right before we were to buy it and this Ignorant man went
ahead and patched then all, He didn't even patch them nicely! We were too far of in the buying process to back out, he was getting kick back from agent we found out too late..Scandelous! We had to buy the house in the destroyed condition. When we questioned him about why he did this he ADMITTED he shouldn't have but would Not Make it right! He is in no way trustwodthy, reputable or knowledgeable. We had no choice in the matter You do! We are suing him and making case against him to Contractors Board!
Ministry construction is a flat out all around phenomenal contractor. Their attention to detail and getting it right the first time is none like any other I’ve ever experience. I have use their handyman service to a full on custom build for my business. Their creativity and efficiency is incredible! Highly recommend for any job size big or small! Cheers guys!
I called Ministry cont. to look at a complete kitchen remodle and expansion. We set up a time for an in house consultation Thursday at 3:00 , they never showed up and I never herd from them again. Scratch them from the list,
not a good thing for a contractor they already have a reputation for not showing up on jobs.
